Bought a nice vehicle from Chris and Jerry! Very personable and family oriented car lot! I had been turned down and denied at every single dealership and was terrified I’d be denied again, however that wasn’t the case! They were patient and thorough with explaining pricing payments and even challenges I might face. They not only got me into a vehicle but the one I wanted! Furthermore I was in test driving and driving off the lot with my vehicle in less than 3 hours! Love you guys! Thanks again

My son got a vehicle about 6 wks ago. I wanted to wait a bit before doing a review, to see how the car did. My son loves the Jeep Compass that we purchased. However, the starter just went out on the car. This isn't something that we blame KarMart for not disclosing. It happens. We had it towed to KarMart, we paid to have them replace the starter, as we expected to, just thankful that we could take it there to get fixed. We didn't expect that to be something that they should pay for. We had it towed in yesterday and they amazingly got it repaired and we picked it up today. Didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. Highly recommend KarMart.

They did absolutely amazing with my daughter. Even gave her the dad pep talk so she understood what she was getting into. Highly recommend this place they are fair an honorable. Jerry is great

Im late to make a review but I bought 3 cars from this place and traded 2 of them in they are a great used car delership and will work with you. I am still driving my honda after 3 years !

😡 I would like to express my disappointment with my experience at your dealership. Unfortunately, this has been the worst buy-here-pay-here dealership experience I have ever encountered. From management down to the rest of the staff, I found the customer service to be unprofessional and discourteous. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the condition and quality of many of the vehicles on the lot. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to do business with your dealership in the future, nor will I recommend it to others. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and make improvements to better serve your customers. 👎👎👎👎 poor service...
