I'm from the QC area but now live near Houston, Texas. Hyundai doesn't distribute AWD Santa Cruzes to the Gulf Coast, so I called Smart Hyundai. They had a vehicle on the lot equipped with the exact options I wanted. I requested a written, out-the-door price quote, which they promptly emailed. I had been researching prices for three months, so I knew it was competitive. A second phone call and the deal was done. Since I was out-of-state, the purchase was somewhat more complicated than normal, but Smart made it easy, despite the distance. They even held onto the vehicle for me for three weeks until I was able to pick it up for the 1000+ mile drive home. Very pleased with the whole process. Totally worth it to get just the right vehicle.
