We purchased a used 2018 pacifica from Greenbriar Motors. Jeff was very nice and helpful! We talked on the phone before going to test drive the car. They had a very nice office space. We noticed a nail in the tire when test driving and Jeff had a local mechanic fix it for us before leaving town. The process was smooth and the staff were friendly. We havent had any issues with the vehicle so far. I would highly recommend Greenbriar Motors!

I reached out via a post I saw on FB marketplace, seeing that it was at greenbriar motors. I reached out and Jeff on a Monday evening via FB and he responded immediately. I went and looked at it Tuesday, thought about it, had a family member drive it Thursday. Had questions on potential issues, he had them looked at by a local mechanic. I bought the vehicle on the Saturday, feeling very comfortable with my purchase. Jeff was not high pressure and it is very clear he treats everyone fair. Sometimes I think people are leery of small dealerships and the stigma with them, this is one to not be at all concerned about. I have been loyal to a local larger dealership for over 10 years, and I was uneasy working with someone that didn't know me. After one conversation I felt like I had been going there for years. In addition Jeff has a great reputation as a person and business man in the community. Thank you Greenbriar for helping me find this vehicle for my daughters first car.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot from Greenbriar last November. I didn’t even have it a week when the check engine light went on. I was able to have it looked at in January. The mechanic I took it to gave me an estimate on several things that were wrong with it. So far I’ve put about $2500 in getting it fixed up, which doesn’t even account for how much the warranty has covered, but there are still several things that are wrong. I will need to put more money into it to keep it running. I wish I would have to taken it to a mechanic prior to purchase. If it weren’t for the expenses to fix the Jeep up, I would have it almost paid off. When I bought it, they didn’t mention any issues at all. I do not recommend Greenbriar. They sold me the Jeep for more than it was worth. Not only did it have mechanical issues, but there were several dings and dents. It currently jerks while I drive on the interstate, and I haven’t even had it 6 months. I put $2500 down, and the financing still came up to the sticker price. I do not recommend purchasing from Greenbriar unless you have the vehicle inspected first.
