This post is for a few employees there. First I want to thank Riley! Very professional, considerate and a hard worker. He wasnt pushy by any means. Told him what I was looking for (in a vehicle and price range) and the guy went above and beyond to get me where I needed it! Second, I want to thank Raven. Very professional as well! Explained everything with great detail! (Illustrations were a piece of art lol) he didnt argue or push if I didnt want anything just agreed to my answer, explained why it was important and then moved on. Third I want to thank Jordan. I worked with him before and his sincere and serious caring to make sure you are covered and not going to have problems in the future, amazing. I could tell in his eye that he truly cared and he shown that by making sure im covered for a great price! I will definitely be returning in the future to see all 3 of them again. I want to give a huge shoutout to Riley Larson for his incredible work to find me a new car. I came into McGrath just wanting to car shop and see what my potential options were since I was not in a great financial situation just to buy a car or even put a down deposit down. I only wanted 2 things which was great gas mileage and Carplay (Bluetooth was fine too) he exceeded all my expectations and more. He did not stop until her found a solution for me and my daughter. I felt like he understood my situation needed a safe reliable vehicle for my small child. I walked out the first day feeling defeated and giving up but Riley communication was priceless. If I did not answer he would leave a message and text me while I worked my hectic busy work schedule while also being a mom. The day that Riley called me and stated that he found a solution and got me approved I was over the moon. That day he worked so hard to deliver and make sure not only my expectations were met but also my moms. He was so kind, professional, and made the process great. If you are car shopping and wanting someone to go above and beyond for not only yourself but for your family as well I highly recommend going to Riley. Because of him I walked out with a 2024 Chevy Malibu and that car was something I would not be walking out with. Thank you so much Riley!!!

Mason Moon was a great salesman. He went beyond to search and get us a vehicle that met all our needs and price point. Only reason for 4 stars is that the overall process was lengthy. We understand sometimes there is not enough people to help out. Do feel that you could streamline the process of purchasing.
