Got my first truck here. Sarah was so amazing to work with, we came to a deal within an hour and the purchase process was so seamless. I’ve never had such a good experience at any dealership before, specially Toyota and other Ford dealerships in the area. People like Sarah make this dealership stand out and have put Ford above all for me. I will be doing business here in the future. ASK FOR SARAH DALFONSO! 💙
Coach was wonderful with my very nervous 18 year old purchasing his first car on his own, 10 out of 10 recommend if you’re looking for your next vehicle go check them out!
The whole group at Courtesy Ford are so welcoming that will listen and do the very best they can to got to the end goal. Even though the end goal did not work in our favor this time. We will try in the future again with Courtesy Ford. Even in the shop after checking out for the oil change they listened to me and took the time to look at the settings and set us up for our next trip and wants us to touch back to give him the data from the trip. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service we received. Thank you to everyone.
Great experience working with Sara and the team at Courtesy Ford. This is my fourth pickup and sixth purchase at this dealership. I love dealing with a truck dealership with people who know trucks! Highly recommend them for service as well. Always fair.
Went over to Courtesy , Had my eye on a GMC truck, John (Couch) is the salesman, looked over the item, then said, let's go for a drive, Couch showed me items about the truck that said, Let's go talk about price. This was a great experience going thru Couch. Now this truck is mine Courtesy is the way to buy a vehicle !!
