Purchased a truck from this dealer on Facebook. We made a deal and they absolutely delivered. I live an hour and a half out of state from them and Nicole went above and beyond for me, even staying after hours to allow me to pick up my truck. The mechanic also installed a touch screen for me. I bought a car back in December of 2022 and just recently got the title in February of 2023, the lady who sold me the car said it would take about 30 days for the title to come and then had to extend my temporary plates when my title still hadn't come in. I called multiple times to check to see if my title came in before receiving it and the lady always said they'd give me a call when it came in. I called about 3 weeks into February and she said they did have my title but I still never received a call saying they had it. The car I purchased from them runs fine for the most part, but it has an alignment problem and jolts when is idling. Just recently it has started to make a weird noise as if I'm driving an electric toy car. I also can only take the key out of the ignition if the gear button is pushed out and sometimes it gets stuck. Overall the service isn't bad the lady is super nice and reasonable but I'm not sure the cars are worth the price they are selling them for.

Horrible service. We found the car we wanted and called to put a down payment to hold it so we could purchase as soon as we get there after test driving the night before. Employee needed to verify their info with boss so we could send money to hold it. We didn't get a call back(which seems to be a recurring problem of theirs) So, we called again to get info. The car was sold out from under us even though we were committed to buy. Buyers beware and do your research on them and what/how they do business. Would not recommend and would never go back again.
