I really enjoyed working with Ricky, he is not your typical pushy car salespeople he was genuine and he was himself and did not push me to buy anything or sold me Anything I wanted to buy, I know nothing about cars but he went out of his way to test the car and found out that the air conditioner wasn’t working properly and fixed it before I left! Not just that he said if he does the title for me, it’ll be $150 extra and he said I should go register by myself and saved me 150 bucks he did not sell me on anyone or push me. Ask me if I wanted to get call warranty and I said no and he Respected my decision and did not go back ands forth with me! It was really the best car buying experience I have ever had, I plan on buying another car here!

Made a purchase from out of state. Ricky was awesome to work with. Great knowledge about the vehicle and made it easy to show up, test drive, and buy. Lots of great cars to pick from, great prices, and super informative website. Very tech savvy and know how to provide the information you need to know about the vehicle you are buying. These are used cars, but if you know what you are getting into, everything they have is a great value and worth taking a look at. RossCo was 800 miles away, but I'd easily do business with them again.

Got this car a couple months ago!(: have done a good amount of things to this car including window tint but I haven’t had any issues with it, it’s been very reliable and efficient gas is amazing on it. Don’t believe I got the wool pulled over my eyes with this one mechanical wise thanks guys! Date (4/7/26) still going strong she’s looking different everyday absolutely beautiful!

It's been a very fine car, just wish it would've had a detail or some touch ups on paint. Reasonable price and negotiation.

Today I had a not so pleasant interaction with Ross Auto, it started off okay - I walked in and was asked by a gentleman and asked what vehicle I wanted to look at, I informed them of the 2010 Honda Odyssey and he said I know the one and walked away, while waiting my daughter asked for candy and the next gentleman gave her a quarter which we both were very thankful for. We did necessary steps to take it out for a test drive, once I got to the car it was dead. I walked back in and informed him which he mentioned someone test drove it yesterday and it’s strange that it’s dead, he took a jump pack out there, jumped it then took it to their service building for sometime then they took it for their own test drive before letting me take it out. I thought the vehicle was nice so my mom, who drove me there, I and my two youngest kids went inside to discuss buying the Odyssey. We went in, the second man who helped us was at his desk while two other gentlemen were in another office, the building was empty besides the workers and us to my knowledge, the gentleman and I made eye contact and I began to walk towards his office when he stood up and walked away without any acknowledgment, we kept waiting had enough time for daughter to use the restroom and get candy still with no acknowledgment. At this point we decided it was time to leave, we put the plate and keys onto his desk came out and someone had parked their car directly behind use, we had time to load the kids up, ask the person to move get in, start the car and begin to back up before someone walked out and said wait, we said no and left. My mom later made a post on facebook about our experience when the mother in law of the owner messaged her and basically called us liars said her daughter was there, there were only the three gentlemen that we saw, and said she came up to us to ask about our drive which she never, we never seen her or any women our entire time there, they then stated I rolled my eyes and left which I would never do and find very disrespectful they would lie about. Following these messages Ross Neal called my personal phone, I did not feel comfortable answering. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an auto dealership, I would not ever suggest anyone to go here.
