With terrible credit the guys worked with me along with budgeting as well & the loan is actually a great deal too on top of everything! My wife & I purchased our Lexus from Kroll back in March, and we had an amazing experience. I am admittedly very picky about car shopping, after working in the business for years and especially when it comes to salespeople/management at dealerships. Glen was incredibly kind and courteous from start to finish - he got us a fantastic interest rate and offered a good trade in on my truck. We have had a couple minor issues, mainly with registration, which they promptly handled. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle, and recommend anyone to come see them as well!

The dream car buying experience does exist, and its right here. My husband and I are in our mid twenties and found ourselves unexpectedly without a functioning car. We unfortunatel have no no one to turn to, no parental guidance or any knowledge in the process of buying a car. We were the easiest target for almost every dealership we went to. We found ourselves walking into dealerships or mechanics and getting scammed, belittled, and feeling so lost. I say "almost" everywhere we went, because with Kroll Auto, particularly Glenn, he took us in and was honest from the get go. He explained the entire process to us, repeated things if we were unsure, and answered all of our questions. A good car buying experience does exist. You dont have to be scammed or be worried about the car you're walking out with. If you are a female looking to buy a car on our own and want to be treated honestly and fairly, that experience does exist and it exists here!

I had the best experience shopping for a used car at Kroll Auto! Adam was friendly and showed me cars that I was interested in and I bought 2010 Silver Lexus. Car was very clean and in good condition. I was able to finance at Kroll Auto that worked in my budget. Thank you everyone at Kroll Auto for a positive and great experience. Love my Lexus!

Would NOT buy from here! This car has caused me nothing but problems, and the dealership was frustrating to deal with from the beginning. After I left an honest negative review, they contacted me and told me they would only help resolve my concerns if I deleted my review. That experience made me question the authenticity of their high rating. If customer service depends on removing negative feedback, that’s not a business I would recommend.
