Hailey is the best. I went in to pay a payment and she got me into a new vehicle with no problem. They are always very friendly and treat u like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking get into a vehicle with a company who actually cares about u and your vehicle. I will continue to use them for this vehicle and my next. Michelle is also a great asset to their team as she takes care of u very well and upholds their values. I would say to deal with Michelle or Hailey as those 2 are probably their best workers.

I went in looking at a few different vehicles. The one I wanted was a Mountaineer which my dad pointed out a few issues. They were going to fix them; however when I had time to go back to get it I was told it was fixed and ready and then they sold it that morning. They then had me look at a Honda Ridgeline. I went to drive it and realized after getting on the interstate that it had NO brake lights, tail lights, or turn signals. When I got back the owner came out and said there was NO way he would sell it to me in payments and that he was going to sell it as is for a different price. They searched for a while and finally the owner said he would take what I had for down payment, honor the price I was given for monthly payments for the Mountaineer, and by time they closed I was off in my 2012 Honda Pilot. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle because my daughter can enjoy watching movies and doesn't ask to play on my phone anymore AND I get to enjoy a peaceful ride wherever we are going (no screaming and yelling at me and no phone with volume on full blast with refusal to turn the volume down)... If you're looking for a vehicle that is decent priced and haven't had any luck looking for a vehicle, or looking for a company with NO pushy sales people who will actually let you browse the lot without trying to push a sale, this place is it... They have it to where if ur making payments and are on time with payments and haven't got behind, then u can go in 6 months AFTER getting a vehicle and trade it in for something else... The amount u put towards downpayment goes towards ur trade in downpayment and all u pay is the difference IF there is one... Also, my vehicle needed an alignment and when they went to do it (it was on them), they ended up finding it wouldn't take until they fixed something else on it that would have cost me over $800 and they fit the bill for that issue as well... This place is definitely worth at least looking into.... Inventory is constantly updating and NO, I don't work for them I just love the help they provided me so I figured I'd provide info too... I had such fears of buying a truck because it was my late wife that took care of the money things and my 1999 Suburban has traveled many miles. I meet a very professional and a bit nervous saleslady (Hailey) that started off and when I was crawling under a truck the Owner Chad came to me and asked what I thought... All I can say is that HE STANDS BEHIND HIS WORDS. Thank you.

I was a buyer a couple years ago and still am to this day as soon as you walk in you see a beautiful woman named Michelle with a bubbly personality ready to help! The sales team make sure that you get in the vehicle of your expectations. Chad is a wonderful guy who is the owner and truly cares about you and your new experience with buying a car. I have worked with Hugh and Jason, who are both wonderful bubbly people they take the time to listen to what you were looking for in a vehicle and they do everything to fit your expectations.

DO NOT GO HERE! Can't stress this enough. Tried selling my vehicle here and was given an offer over facebook, and was asked if I wanted to accept it. Get to the dealership and they go back on their offer and literally dont even offer me half of junk yard prices. Owner then made the whole experience worse by blameing me, and asking if I knew how to read. Once again, DO NOT GO HERE!
