The couple guys that work here are awesome I think they went above and beyond their job description helping me with getting my new Ford F-150 I'm a return customer and will come back to get a 3rd vehicle when I can thanks Ian and Luc

First, they asked for all of our paperwork for approval before we came in. No problem. We finally get a approval for a loan with a thousand down. But the dealer says for a extra thousand, I can get you in a better vehicle. I tell them we only have 1500 max, he says that he will cover the other 500. Later that night, they tell us it's only 39 dollars down. We come in today, and even though just a couple of days ago it was 39, now it's back to 2000 with no 500 down. They lie and manipulate facts. I have dealt with these types of car sales places, but this one is the worst. I'm taking now more than the 2,000 and paying cash, because I would rather do that, than deal with a dealer like that. They put the blame on the underwriting, but if you are a car salesman, and especially running the store, you should know those types of things before you have a very disabled veteran, come out there to sign the paperwork. He offered a hundred down, and a explanation that he has problems at home. Well I guess he does, so everyone should just stay away so he can sort out his personal life

If I could give this place negative stars I wouldn't be able to give it enough! My family and I leased a vehicle from Car City on 933 we didn't even have it for 3 months and it literally caught on fire and burned to the ground with my three kids inside of it. We hadn't even put 5,000 miles on the car when the car began to knock, we pulled over to the side of the road and the whole back end of the car was on fire. After getting my kids out safely and calling the fire department within 60 seconds the entire car was engulfed in flames. It was a total loss, burnt to the frame, so bad that the police couldn't even get the VIN number off it. We opted in to pay the warranty which covers mechanical and electrical issues with the vehicle however when the car burned down Car City told us we were responsible for paying part of the car off and they would not lease us another vehicle without another down payment which left us without a vehicle. This is the worst and most unprofessional car service I've ever seen or heard of in my life. Me and my entire family could have died and they are trying to hold us responsible for paying the price of the vehicle after it was burned to the ground!!!! So if you want to get a vehicle that could potentially explode with you and your family in it, car city on 934 is the place to go. If you want something safe, DO NOT LEASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE !!!
