The staff are very communicative and helpful. When we first inquired about a vehicle’s maintenance history, they went out of their way to fix a timing belt that needed replaced before showing us the car. They also accommodated us by letting us pick up the car right at opening to take it for an inspection. They also were friendly and not pushy when walking through the sale process. They listened to our needs and met us for pricing, plus they helped accommodate our need to pick up the vehicle after hours. We’re thankful for their team working to make sure our needs were met throughout the purchasing process.
We searched on the internet for a 2016-2018 Honda Accord and a listing came up for a 2017 Accord at Time for Ride. From the moment I called them to see if the car was available they were super helpful. We had a busy couple of days trying to find time to drive the hour to Lafayette and they were accommodating. When we got up there and drove it we loved it. It turned out that it needed a part for the radio and they got that part and installed it. Since it took a little extra time for us to take delivery of it (we were on vacation so it wasn't a big deal) they delivered the car to us in Brownsburg. We enjoyed our interactions with Sam and Josh and appreciated the work of the onsite mechanic to get the part in. I would definitely do business with them again. They had some really nice cars on their lot.
