I will have to say this was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. Mike Phelps was outstanding in helping us out.Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and courteous. Knows his job very well. He was precise and meticulous with all paperwork. He seemed to go above and beyond to help my wife and I. Enjoyed doing business with you all.
Drive two hours and it was well worth it! Jeremy was a huge help making process smooth and easy, Mike explained all my money questions and very knowledgeable, and Steve the garage man did amazing making sure we were satisfied before we left. I highly recommend this car lot
10/10 recommend. I dealt with Koby and Mike and they were both extremely helpful. I took the car for a test drive and even had an inspection done and they were the first dealership to not get mad about it. I absolutely love my 2018 Jeep Cherokee!
Recently purchased a Chrysler Pacifica from Jeremy. He worked with my dad and I to get a reasonable payment, down payment, and made it fast and easy to register it for it if state. He was very friendly as was the owner. They made sure understood it warranty and how to use it if needed. It was a great atmosphere and experience.
First I called in 2 inquire about a vehicle and I already had my financing all set and I was greeted by a Jeremy from sales who was very insulting. He asked me did I expect to be financed and then proceeded to say that I may not be able to be financed for a Genesis w/o knowing my situation and said but you can complete the application. I WOULD NEVER!! Very horrible and offensive and I see why Jeremy had the chance to answer the phone because he's not making sales. Smh I didn't need 2 go 2 this location because I had a horrible experience on the phone. 😪
