Lafayette GMC

After documenting the key features that were desired for my next vehicle, research led me to a used Toyota Crown (Platinum trim) sedan/crossover. In researching things further, only a handful of used Toyota Crown Platinum vehicles existed within a day's drive to view/test drive. Lafayette GMC Cadillac had one. Their dealership, however, was out of state and a 4 hour-drive away. Sent them an online request for more information and was surprised at the speed at which a sales rep (Kevin Pearson) got back to me. Kevin called my cell and we discussed the vehicle in more detail. In the short time that we interacted, was impressed with his personable-ness and decided to drive to the dealership the next morning. Not only was the vehicle that they had turned out to be the perfect fit, Kevin was great to work with, walking me through a seamless, no-hassle car-purchasing experience.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Craig at Lafayette GMC and I have 0 regrets. They are well maintained and clean. Craig is very patient and listens to exactly what you’re looking for and makes sure you find it. The finance department is very kind and helpful and explains everything in detail. I will absolutely be going back when I’m ready for our 3rd vehicle

Awesome buying experience working with Jay Mason and the team to purchase a truck! Would recommend dealership, especially llike the low pressure to buying a vehicle and options in financing as Jeremy great working with. In addition the manager Derek was great working over the numbers.

I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and this was the first time the process felt genuinely easy instead of exhausting. From the moment I walked in, Rashad treated me like a person, not a sale. No pressure, no gimmicks, and absolutely no “let me go talk to my manager” games. He listened to what I needed, respected my budget, and somehow made the whole experience feel smooth and even enjoyable. What really stood out was his honesty. If something wasn’t the right fit, he said so. If there was a better option, he showed me. I left feeling confident in my purchase instead of second-guessing it on the drive home. If you want a car buying experience that’s straightforward, respectful, and actually pleasant, Rashad is your guy. I won’t go to anyone else from now on.

Can’t say enough how much I appreciate Jay Mason. He has worked hard over the years to help my family get into a vehicle and we have struck out due to numbers multiple times. Saturday the day came we finally were able to make it all come together. Jays patience and attention to our needs were above and beyond expectations. He worked to find the best vehicle in our budget and spent multiple days and staying late on occasion. If you need a fantastic buying experience look no further! I do have to give a shout out to Derek I think is his name. I’m not a fan of add ons and he was able to help on that side of things Justin I think in finance was awesome as well. Easy process start to finish explaining each warranty option and other services I questioned. Only reason they received a 4 is I don’t like advertising the vehicle price and having a $1000 add on the build sheet when talking further into numbers. It is a great option but I would like to see it as an option not a mandatory already applied. Or disclose the add on in the listed price. Overall highly satisfied!!
