Nice selection of reasonably priced used vehicles in good shape. Very laid back, friendly staff that is patient and not pushy at all. Very easy to buy a vehicle here! They're also really honest and upfront with you. Also, if you need a loan, they try one place at a time instead of sending your application out to dozens of lenders like the huge dealerships do.

Update! I jumped to the conclusion that someone did not care to sell a car. I wish I had not done that. After Pam called me and told me about the brand new online system they are trying and how it should work but didn't, I wanted to make people aware that my original post was premature and unfairly critical. The store employees were not even notified of my inquiry. The system just sent a generic email. So you do not need to make an appointment. I just showed up after work because I really like the truck and the price. Boy! There was not one person there who wasn't just as nice and just helpful. The salesman, Mike, was genuinely friendly. He was the only salesman and had more than one customer on site. Still I didn't have to wait but just a couple minutes. How he juggled everybody at once I couldn't tell you. So please read this update! I have had a very pleasant experience and I'm more than happy with how they actually treat you. And if I get the truck I will revisit this and post a pic of it.

I bought a Ridgeline from these good folks last year and I must say they were awesome. They allowed us to test drive a couple vehicle even though they knew I wasn't going to buy the second vehicle. They are very laid back, and at no point were they pushy. They allowed me to look around freely and at no point did I feel pressure to buy. If you are looking for honest dealers this is the place to go. I use to buy new vehicle every two years as I want a vehicle that did not have any past issues and I always felt pressured to buy the package deal where you get discount off your first 10,000 miles, free oil change etc but I never used the rewards and wasted a lot of money in the process. Frankfort Trucks and Car Sales provided a warm atmosphere, pressure free which allowed for an easy transaction even though they were remodeling at the time. Should I need any vehicles in the future or know any one who is looking for a vehicle I will definitely refer them. Thanks Cheryl

Salesman was nice because he was trying to sell me a rusted out truck that he was playing off as a nice truck. It was my fault that I did not realize this until after purchase. Buyer beware that they will not be honest about the quality of their vehicles. I would NOT purchase a vehicle from them ever again, but if you do, perform an incredibly thorough inspection and do NOT trust their word. Frame was rusted out and coated with paint, alternator was bad right off the lot, simple services had not been performed. They spit shine the interior and pawn off poor quality vehicles.

Needed a vehicle and found a 2008 Jeep Compass on line. Went to this dealership and purchased this vehicle. Took the Jeep for a short drive and the Jeep seemed fine except it was pulling to the right a little. Informed the salesman of this and he said he would add air to the tire. This took about 15 minutes, not sure why it took so long. Finalized the paperwork and the Jeep didn’t even make a 20mile drive home before the check engine light began flashing. I called the salesman and enforced him (Mike) of this and he began immediately telling me about the Indiana Law about “as is” vehicles. I knew at that point right there that our conversation was finished. I have purchased multiple vehicles from dealerships who have treated be way better. Good dealerships will earn my business repeatedly I can give several cases of dealerships that I have returned to you for that reason. This is not one of them. I suggest anybody that may make a purchase from this dealership should take the vehicle on a very long test drive and even have a personal mechanic check out the vehicle before making a purchase!
