Gold One Auto

I don’t leave a lot of reviews unless I’m extremely impressed or extremely disappointed. But Gold One Auto is definitely worth reviewing. Since I live in Indianapolis an hour away, I reached out via FB and then ultimately started texting with one of the salesman, Bo. He answered all my questions, concerns and then sent me a link to a vehicle in my price range with the Carfax attached. I knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle from the price, to the gas mileage; down to the transmission I wanted in my vehicle. He didn’t waste my time, he sent me a link to exactly what I wanted to see and was fully transparent from the beginning. When I got there, he showed a couple other vehicle (only because I asked him to) but we wasted no time and went back to the one I had wanted to see initially. He threw a plate on, I took it for a short test drive and I decided to purchase. I had my son with me and when we went inside, Bo was quick to give him his attention before doing the paperwork. He showed him all the cool cars inside, told him about what they were doing to some of them and was extremely kind towards him. He even gave home a nifty little tire gauge. Paperwork went smooth and I was out the door. Next day I put roughly 200 miles on the vehicle for work and had one minor concern with the vehicle. I looked up the concern and after seeing several other people on various forums say it was just a “Honda thing”, I already felt better about it but Bo still said I could bring it back so they could take a look. After driving it back, they took a look at it and confirmed they thought it was just a normal Honda thing for that year (as several other online forums pointed out), but just to be safe they pulled it in, checked the throttle body and replaced the cheap spark plugs that were in it with high performance plugs. The mechanic outright said “I don’t think the spark plugs had anything to do with your concern, but since they looked a little worn and were cheaper spark plugs, I replaced them anyway for you.” You couldn’t ask for better service. Most used dealerships would’ve said “Sorry, but you bought this vehicle as-is.” I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Fair priced, affordable vehicles with outstanding customer service. It’s also worth mentioning that the first vehicle I asked them about before we landed on the car I bought, they were able to go through and he sent me a list of all the things they repaired before listing it. It was a touch out of my price range so I told him to let me know if they have anything else come in. He mentioned the car I bought to me but was transparent in telling me they just got it in and hadn’t had a chance to fully go through it yet since it was a new arrival. I only bring that up because it sounds like they do their due diligence by looking over and fixing the things that need fixed before listing the vehicles. The one I purchased hadn’t even been listed yet but it was in my price range and I needed something asap. Highly, HIGHLY, recommend! Thank you Bo.

I cannot recommend Gold One enough! I recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Avalon from them, and the entire experience was a breeze. Bo is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and most importantly, there was zero pressure to buy. I didn't realize how much I needed a comfortable cruiser for these rough roads until I got behind the wheel of this Avalon! What really sets them apart is their integrity. They have an in-house mechanic shop and clearly take extra steps to ensure their cars are ready for the road before they list them. About a month after my purchase, I discovered a torn CV boot and a failing axle. Even though I was well outside of the warranty contract, Bo went above and beyond to help me out, fixing it in their shop and only charging me for labor. Gold One Auto is a very honest dealer for those looking for high quality used cars. It was nice to see all the carfax history on the cars and get an honest opinion from Bo. I had purchased a Honda CR-V and Bo was extremely helpful in providing the information to decide on the best vehicle from the different choices he had. They are very willing to work with pricing as much as possible and any issues with the vehicle will be taken care of by them, which was amazing to see! I would highly recommend Gold One Auto to everyone, as the customer service was better than any other dealership I've experienced!

Recently bought my 2013 Civic from here. I absolutely love this place, Bo and his team are great. My previous car died suddenly and everything was stressful and hectic but Bo was as helpful and patient as could be, explaining everything every step of the way for me, with actual honesty, not that typical upsell vibe you’d expect from a car lot. He even took the time to entertain my daughter by letting her check the tread on the cars they keep inside, so she wouldn’t be bored while I was taking care of paperwork. Their mechanic thoroughly checks all the cars, and you also have a warranty in case something does somehow go wrong. Bo was so helpful during my first solo car buying adventure. He was quick with responses to my questions. He stayed to make sure I got my car the night I went in. I had a small issue with the car the day after I bought it, and Bo made sure it was taken care of asap. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process!
