I have been a loyal Ford customer for 25 years. The last two cars I got from there, the service department has been less than helpful, and my cars were having multiple problems. When I walked in to Bob Rohrman Toyota, they were extremely empathetic with my situation, and helped guide me through switching over to another type of car. They listened to me ramble and were patient. Told myself I was going to look at multiple types of cars at multiple dealerships, and ended up going with my first choice at Toyota. Aaron was great! Very happy with the switch!

I ended up buying a car elsewhere BUT the customer service here was amazing. Went in looking for a low-budget, used vehicle and I was exhausted by the long search, but Isai (aka Easy) was extremely helpful, optimistic, and supportive in finding exactly what I was looking for. Flexible financing options and open communication. When I go car shopping again, this dealer will most definitely be one of my first stops.

Third time in a little less than two years that I have been out to Rohrman Toyota for maintenance on our Camrys. All three times have been exceptional experiences. A replacement hybrid battery on an older Camry was competitively priced, and very quickly installed. Service employee’s friendliness, explanations top notch. This last time was a wheel alignment. Got a quick appointment. I don’t write reviews very often, but when I do, it’s because I am inspired to do so. Working with Adam Kulaga (Service Advisor) inspired me to write this review. Great working with him. Quick service. Thorough explanations. “Attention to detail.” I was impressed.

On Saturday, mom and I stopped by the Toyota dealership to test drive the new Crown Signia. The showroom itself is a very spacious and beautiful environment. However, the salesperson we worked with was just as impressive as the showroom itself — she was phenomenal — Kate Hurley. She was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She radiated confidence, joy, and unquestionably takes pride in her work. Last week my mother and I test drove a handful of cars, working with 5 different sales individuals. Kate was hands down the BEST — above and beyond the service we received at BMW, Cadillac, and Mercedes.
