Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis

I had an amazing experience with help from Will! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found a vehicle that fit both my needs and my budget. The entire buying process was smooth, stress-free, and much easier than I expected. I really appreciated their honesty, patience, and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their customers and wants to help you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend Will. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

I had a great experience with Bob Rohrman Hyundai when purchasing my 2022 Mustang GT Premium. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The entire team made the process smooth and stress free. I especially want to mention Dakota for being extremely resourceful and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide clear information, and make sure everything was taken care of. His knowledge and willingness to help really made a difference. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Bob Rohrman Hyundai to anyone looking for a smooth and positive car buying experience.

Recently moved to the area and was looking to trade in my truck for something that made more sense for my wife and I for the foreseeable. Ben Green from start to finish helped me find a great Elantra! Everyone else that played a part, Mitch the sales manager, and Aaron from Finance, helped assure us that we worked with great people and made the right choice. I'd recommend putting this dealership at the top of your list if you are in need of a vehicle!

Last week, my husband and I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade at Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis in Lafayette, Indiana. We have been searching for a Palisade of our specifications all throughout Illinois and Indiana and have struggled getting to a dealership before the car is sold. We even ran into a dealership that was dishonest about the car being on the lot, so we were loosing hope in finding our vehicle and a dealership that valued integrity and honesty. We searched again and found that this dealership had the vehicle that we were looking for. We sent a message asking for verification that the vehicle was there and not only did we receive a response but one with a video attached. Their salesman, James, addressed us specifically in the video and showed us that the car was on the lot and available for us to see. It was there the next morning when we arrived and James greeted us at the door. James is a wonderful salesman, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we had all the information needed to make a decision. Sending his video personalized the experience for us and regenerated our hope that there are great dealerships out there that truly care about their customers and Bob Rohrman of Hyundai-Genesis is one of them. We also met others from his team and each and every employee was friendly, respectful and just wonderful in general. We will continue to work with James and the dealership, and we will tell everyone we know to work with them as well. Five stars all the way for Bob Rohrman Hyundai-Genesis and James deserves even more.

Will was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive and patient, especially since I was not from the area. I initially looked for a vehicle in my local area (NWI), however, no other Hyundai dealerships wanted to work a deal and when they did reach out it was hours and days later. Will responded immediately to my texts/emails. Worked the deal through text/email and he had everything ready to go when I came in. I was in and out with a new car in under an hour. Just a great experience. Sales manager and finance manager were also extremely nice and helpful as well. Again, it was the easiest/best experience I ever had buying a vehicle.
