I drove from Southern Ohio to Indianapolis to purchase a used RAV4. Z Imports could not have been any better to deal with. Communication was prompt and professional. The value of car for the price was better than I had found anywhere else. I have had the car for 5 months and it has been perfect! I would definitely buy from them again!

So far so good. Bought 2011 bmw 328i, couple little minor issues, headlamp out but overall the guy was direct and worked with my budget to get my the car I wanted. Only had it for a few days will update 6 months and a year later. But overt I'm happy with z imports and my car. Would recommend.

Great place to by a car, very affordable, and great customer service. I would advise to take your time to look at the options they have on their lot, it's a good variety. Anytime in shopping in the used car business, you're going to get a used car AS IS. I found a perfect buy, Zack and his associate was very kind and helpful. Even with dealing with my dad who was very adamant about getting me and my daughter into a good running car before winter. Quite a few great options there. Eliminated a long search for a safe, dependable, and affordable car! I love my new baby. Purchased a 2001 Ford Ranger for my Son in Jan. of 2026. Z Import covered up facts about maintenance issues with the truck so much that it would not pass safety and emissions do to failer of a fuel tank strap and there were many other maintenance issues that were not disclosed. Recommended their local Firestone do the inspection which they missed 90% of the problems including not checking the engine air filter to discover a rats nest inside. I do not recommend you deal with Z Imports at all.

Went to look at a car for my wife. It was a blue 2010 Focus. Car drove like trash, brakes were sticky, car wouldn’t even creep forward in Drive when the brakes were released, and the front end was a rattle trap. Test drove it to an empty lot down the road and crawled under when I noticed the efforts they had gone through to hide the rotted out rockers panels. Be careful. These guys are buying garbage cars for next to nothing and barely getting them able to drive off the lot. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They specialize in lemons and capitalize on people who aren’t knowledgeable about cars.
