I was in need of a car and he was definitely easy to work with and very understanding! He listen and takes your thoughts into consideration. I will always do business with him! Robin has been wonderful I called The Indianapolis East store after speaking to the Indianapolis South store who did not want to work my application over the phone Robin pull the application and begin to work the application until she got me every information that I needed including having me pick the vehicle that I was interested in she got me approved with a down payment so that I could come in and make all of the paperwork and down payment go smoothly. I greatly appreciate her. She has been wonderful to work with. She has saved my experience with oak motors to make me believe that this is a place to come after dealing with the south store. I really felt like I wasn’t a wanted customer but Robin made me feel at home.
