Seriously guys, the best experience I have ever had!!!! 5 stars isn’t good enough!! They deserve a 100/100! Go see them!! The whole team is amazing! They took my shopping experience for a vehicle to a whole new level. Best customer service experience I have ever had! I’ll definitely be going back for future purchases!

I initially visited the website and filled out a credit app. I was contacted by Tiffany to tell me I was approved, and when I could go, I went after work, and she showed me a beautiful Black Ford Escape. I advised her I was looking for a Chevrolet Blazer. She said they did not have one on the lot, but she could get me one. I agreed, but told her the next time I would be there would be in two weeks. She did let me know that the vehicles were first come first serve. Fast forward two weeks, and I go on a Saturday. She had the perfect Blazer for me, right down to the seat color. However, Tiffany's amazing customer service isn't what shocked me, it was the back office that surprised me the most. During all the paperwork, I had been presented with numbers and all the technical info, the monthly price was below what I told her I wanted my max to be, and even then, the Finance Manager came out and let me know he got me an even lower interest rate, and an even lower monthly payment. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the way I was treated. Do not let the small office fool you, the staff is courteous and definitely do their best to help you!

I absolutely loved my experience at Auto Brokers Bluffton Road in Fort Wayne IN… Let me tell you why. I am a 1st time car buyer and Tiffany couldn’t have made it any easier. It’s like she just knew what I was looking for automatically with just a brief description and spending a short time with me she got a feeling for what I might like. She showed me one vehicle I was good with but not thrilled and the second she nailed. I couldn’t be happier I have a horrible credit score and they were able to find me financing as well. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle go here they are great!
