Engle Road Auto

In the past two months or so now, I have had to take my car into Engle Rd Auto, as I have had the same issue occur with my car, which has caused the check engine light to turn on; it turned out that it was a faulty sensor near the gas tank. Each time that I have taken the car in (which is not easy for me to do as I am dealing with my entire body shutting down, while also now having to get used to Parkinson’s on top of it all), The Owners/Management/Staff have all gone above and beyond —Even to the point of assisting me during their lunch hour! They have never overcharged me, the work has always been quality, and if there has ever been an error on their behalf, they were always quick to take ownership and to correct it……. And while transportation to/from the Shop is not part of the norm for them, twice they have went out of their way to still get me back home while they were servicing my vehicle, which shows that Customer Service is just as important to them as actually having the opportunity to work on your vehicle! Kudos to Engle Rd Auto, who will certainly continue to receive my business as long as I live in Town!

Dave @Ingle auto very honest I was told by local dealership I needed brake pads so I went to Dave’s this morning for my appointment instantly said I was misinformed. I did not need those pads. I thank him for his honesty could have easily wanted to make a buck but he chose the high road. I’ve been dealing with Dave for some years and he hasn’t changed his policy on great customer service thank you for all your help. I highly recommend his auto service for family and friends and anyone else you will not be disappointed.

I had a really good experience with this company. More specifically the auto repair side of the business. I was in a bad spot, my Ford Escape had some front end issues. On my way home from work one Friday afternoon, I was stuck on the side of the road. My friend who drives tow truck for blue eagle towing recommended Engle Road Auto to get it fixed. I took his work and could not have been more satisfied with the experience I had. They had it totally fixed and ready for pick up the fist day after it was towed there. The amount I paid for all the repairs they did was more then fair. I definitely recommend this company to anyone in my position, they also have a parking lot full of used cars for sale. The owner of the company helped me when i came to pick it up on a Friday afternoon. He was very pleasant to deal with and I felt very comfortable with the transaction. I will be using them again for any maintenance issues and again when I am ready to upgrade my from my current vehicle. I have already told my friends and family about my ex̌perience with Engle Road Auto. I believe many others would be just as satisfied as I was.

I’ve been going to Engle Road Auto for 20+ years. I consider all of staff an important part of our family! Each member of their team is known by name in our household as they take excellent care of our fleet of vehicles. Not only do I trust them with our vehicles but I trust them with my 80 yr old mother-in-law’s car! When I refer friends and colleagues, I know they will get great services and honest answers! Okay experience until the service after the sale. Waited a month and a half to get the title to my daughter’s vehicle. Problem because the registration time period = 45 days. Communication to accomplish that was horrendous. I finally just went to the DMV and found out that Engle Road Auto overcharged on my sales tax. Then having a conversation with Bruce (the salesman and supervisor) about the over-payment of sales tax, he just hung up on me. He didn’t like my tone. I miss the old days of customer service. I’ll have to take up the mistake in sales tax with the Indiana Department of Revenue, I guess.
