I was very happy and pleased with the staff at Grote Mitsubishi. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I was extra impressed with Jalen Jones. He really works hard to get the best service for his customers. I will tell my family and friends about Jalen and Grote Mitsubishi.

Great experience with Grote and my salesman Malik! I appreciate everyone there (sales, financing etc) for making the deal happen on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited and for making it painless as dealerships tend to be a tedious process! Didn't think it would happen getting approved but financing worked magic when others couldn't. I was also able to get 4 new tires out of the deal which never happens, so kudos on that as well. Excellent selection of vehicles and pricing was fair. Service department was very easy to work with to get the new tires installed. All in all I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend anyone come see Grote and Malik for your next vehicle purchase!

Great experience especially for someone as myself buying a car for the first time and letting my mom be on the phone with me as well to help me out. Great customer service! Asking me if I needed anything while I waited and explaining more of what I would need to know :)

Bought a vehicle. Headlight needed fixed which they added 1k to the purchase price to fix. Engine light came on 5 mins after leaving the lot. Hub bearing was going out and was told no need for rental because 99% sure it would be fixed in 1 day. A week later got it back and passenger window doesn’t even roll down so now I can dump more money into a car that I haven’t even made the 1st payment on. Highly suggest avoiding them!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Inquired about a vehicle they had posted on CarGurus and Facebook Marketplace. Receptionists acts like it’s a big deal to transfer you. I talked to 5 different people for one vehicle. The first girl was absolutely clueless about it, then I recieved multiple text from another girl. Then I talked to two men that were just clueless and barely spoke English. After that I talked to another man. Then I talked to the original guy from Facebook. I tried multiple multiple times to setup an appointment to look at a hatchback and the day of I called to confirm we were still scheduled for 1 o clock. They said the car was in a lift and never told me it was bashed up. But they said there fixing it and it’s gonna come out perfect. This dealership is really really odd I’ve bought a handful of cars and I’ve never had to deal with 5-7 salespeople that were as clueless as they were
