Working with Conner at Florida Cars was a truly great experience. I initially visited the dealership looking for a car for my daughter. After not finding one that fit my objectives - we had a pleasant conversation and exchanged info. A few weeks later Conner called me up and said he had a Nissan that was very well maintained and fit our needs. He arranged to come in early on a Saturday so I could pick the car up and have my mechanic check it out and have it for a long test drive. It was in great shape outside and in. We stopped back b;y the dealership and it took about 20 mintues to purchast. Truly the best car buying experience I have had. Conner gives great customer service and was a pleasure to work with. Will definately go to him first for my next car purchase!
On Tuesday night I saw the Black Volvo XC60 Dynamic on the Florida Cars Fort Wayne website. I was there at their 10:00 a.m. opening. Conner was driving the Volvo for a while because it was so nice. I took it to my mechanic for a quick inspection, although after driving it just a few miles I thought it was unnecessary. I was right, they put it on a lift and verified that there were no hidden gremlins. I called Conner and asked him to get the paperwork started. After signing the paperwork and pleasant conversation I was home in less than 2 hours! As a former Porsche Global Brand Ambassador, I know a thing or two about excellent customer service. I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. I highly recommend Conner and Florida Cars Fort Wayne.
