Got my first car here and the customer service was really good I loved it, go there and ask for “Shannon” she will do whatever so you can drive off in your dream car😍! It’s very cheap & affordable, love my first car & there were no problems with it.

Highly recommend avoiding this place I’m paying 20,000 more than what my car is even worth they claim they went over that with me when they did not if I would’ve known my car was only worth $7000 and I’m being charged 28,000. I would have just said no they have been rude as hell to me told me that things that was not wear and tear was covered on my warranty. I’m having two problems that is not normal wear and tear and they told me it is not covered and will not help me though it’s supposed to be covered because it’s not normal wear and tear this place is just outright ridiculous and I can write a whole book about it. I would just recommend staying far clean away from this place as possible. They also made it where my bank will never finance my car so I’m screwed paying $28,000 because my bank will never in the world finance my vehicle because they want way too much than what it’s actually worth. It’s a good car but they will drain your pocket like you do not matter. They will make it where you struggle to the point you will just probably end up returning your vehicle and screwing your entire life up cause that’s why I felt like I’m about to be at that is 100% not OK

Fraudulent and misleading . misrepresentation of many things. The manager is never available, but if you pull in the parking lot while you’re on the phone and they’re saying he’s not available or that he’s in a meeting he’ll be sitting right there at his desk having a snack or shooting the breeze. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle. Most people probably would’ve filed bankruptcy by now on a vehicle like this, and they like the grace to appreciate the fact
