Silen and Son's Auto Sales

I will always go to Silen and Sons for all of my future cats.And this is why My credit wasn't the best I went to them they told me I needed a down payment which most places you do. So for a few months I went everywhere trying to buy a car with a down payment even in Kentucky and I was turned down so many times and I said dang I need to go back to the first place and glad I did they put into a nice reliable car that I've been driving for almost two years with no problems very good car.But most of all It the people that I dealt with him and his wife was so pleasant to me like family so much I e taken at least 3 of my friends and family and they are happy and driving their new cars from them .Oh forgot to mention people don't like to throw the race card but I am.Because I'm a black woman as you can on my pic color didn't make a difference with them while the other places treated me like a poor older black woman that couldn't afford a car just because I walked in with a small deposit.I would highly recommend them to anybody they are a people of their word plus when I referred anyone I got a bonus every time so let me recommend anyone to try them please.Ive even met their daughter and I thought he's white she's white and their kid is my complexion didn't think nothing of it. Later I found out him and his wife this is the Son I'm talking about he had adopted all 3 children and they are a happy healthy and spiritual family that loves God and are wonderful people I consider them my family And that'show Silen and Sons treat their customers.Go find out for yourself .Sorry for the long review but could added so much more .Thank you so much for trusting me with my car and building my credit back up see they just keep helping in so many ways thank you again.

The Silen family had no clue about the miracle they were apart of. Yesterday I purchased a very nice vehicle from this car lot and not only was the family very respectful, helpful and kind they were also entertaining, patient and just a pleasure to be around. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Just a quick back story for the past 7 years I have delt with a stage 3 cancer diagnosis and severe vision loss. I have not owned a vehicle or driven for about 2 years. After successful procedures, surgeries and corrective gear i was given the green light to drive again. After looking multiple places and test driving multiple lemons we came across Silen Auto who had the perfect vehicle for me they ultimately helped me gain back my independence. I would like to thank everyone including the baby and dog for allowing us to become a customer. I appreciate you guys and will always recommend you!

Bought a car from here right of the bat this man seemed kind of rude. At the time of purchase no warranty was offered. After a week the car broke down and needed water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt. That put me down $500. After a few more sudden temperature spikes the car over heated. Shop said it was either a head gasket or cracked block either way it is a whole new engine replacement. I was quoted just under $6k. I called the dealer and they basically said I was stupid and did say I don’t know what I’m talking about and offered no help. And then hung up on me. Very unprofessional business do not buy from here.

Cars are junk. Bought my son and daughter a car. It had no codes and was told in amazing shape…. Day 2 A/C stopped working.. day 3 tire sensors came on (some dumb mechanic filled the tires up to 60 psi). Day 4 oil pump is going out and throwing codes left and right. If you want an over priced junk yard car, this is the place for you!! I’m sure the cars are bought for few hundred dollars and codes erased! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Update: Month later and the car needs the engine replaced. It’s been sitting in shops more than at the house. The car lot was called since issue 1 and they would not fix it. So now they are called and told the engine is bad and response was have someone else fix it. Very reputable company!
