Buying a used car can feel like a gamble—but with Randy, it felt more like a win. He was completely honest and upfront about everything, which made the entire process feel less like a transaction and more like a collaboration. We were shopping for our son, and he helped us find something safe, reliable, and within our budget—no pressure, no games. I’ve dealt with big dealerships before and ended up with buyer’s remorse a week later. This was the exact opposite. It’s rare to find people in this business who truly care and stand by what they sell—but that’s exactly what you’ll get here. We drove away with peace of mind and a great car at a fair price. I trust them, and that says a lot.

My experience with this company was very unpleasant. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle I purchased to find out it had a bad transmission only a week after owning it. I tried numerous times to work something out as I had a baby on the way, and we could not afford to fix the transmission. Even in knowing we had a baby due within weeks of purchasing the vehicle, he still sold us a bad vehicle and did nothing to help us negotiate the price further to accommodate the damages. Each time, I was met with a cold shoulder when attempting to arrange something to help us get it fixed for our new baby. The vehicle doesn't even register the driver is buckled in if you are, which means in the event of an accident, the air bags will not deploy. The vehicle does not shift smoothly and often times gets stuck, possibly a result of the fact there was 0 transmission fluid in the vehicle to begin with. Many sensors in the transmission were shot, and I paid 4,000 for it and was still out over another 1,000 to get the transmission fixed. We did test drive the vehicle, and it did not have issues during the test drive beyond the seat belt issue, which was an easy and inexpensive fix. I would've taken 500 back or a better vehicle for the same price. If you do test drive these vehicles, I strongly suggest test driving it to the nearest auto zone and do not take his word for anything. Have them hook it up to the computer and run diagnostics before purchasing. None of the vehicles are clean either. He does not do detailing on any of them, there were french fries and crumbs wedged in numerous hard to reach areas of the vehicle. Not to mention the globs of dried thai noodles in the center console. However, he does put on a good show and has a friendly demeanor, but I believe it's a ruse to establish a sense of trust but he doesn't care about you or your needs only selling his vehicles and making money off you by selling you a shoddy vehicle knowingly. His "guy" is also very questionable, but I'm not going into details on that one.

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!!! Bought 2 cars from here and paid almost $7,100 cash for both. He wants to give a sad story about how his wife was going and her living in another state, the car I wanted he didn't want to sell me and pushed me towards an older one that he claimed was in better condition than the new one. My car he had to take to the shop because he just had a new key made and it caused all the lights to come on. He promised me the car was fixed and good to go....NOT THE TIME CHAIN IS GOING OUT OF IT!!!!! When he dropped my car off at the house he wanted to tell my grandson that he lost his wife and grand daughter back to back. He than messaged me and asked me about getting work done to my husbands car and when I tired to message him several times about picking up the car to work on it like he agreed he completely blows me off. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!!

He did to me exactly what he did to others in these reviews. He will copy and paste his typical answer back to me about slander and “im sorry for the unpleasantness” but he’s a scammer and ive personally found the others in these reviews and if anyone else would like to join together and do something about this and get our money back and keep others from scamming let me know. Let me guess he pulled on your heart strings with his financial troubles and saying his wife has cancer and he needs the money to help her but today I was told she was a doctor idk what it is. He most likely has a loophole with his cameras and audio too but I record and have on my phone verbally being told that there were no issues with the car and that he changed the oil. And that was the only issue. The oil was funky and when I took it in they said it hadn’t been done in a long time. My car come pleat pooped on me less than 3 weeks of having it.
