I had the pleasure of working with Blake at Romain Cross Pointe Pre Owned. It was a great experience. Good communication about the vehicle, timely responses. They really went above and beyond to make sure the used vehicle was in excellent condition before the sale.

This place has the fairest upfront pricing of any dealership in Evansville. Their lot is HUGE! There are literally hundreds of cars to choose from new and used ones, and it’s convenient to get to right off the Lloyd. But what makes it special is that the salespeople here are super welcoming and treat you good-like they’ve known you their whole lives. Brent and Nick the managers will go above and beyond to help you when you need a reliable vehicle on a budget and Tiffany will make sure that you get a good approval and a payment you can live with. Let me start off by being honest. I did have a few problems with their previous service team. I can tell you that they have completely redeemed themselves with the purchase of my new car this time. They really worked with me on my trade-in and Cape was the absolute best! He was not pushy and was super friendly and for being new, he did an amazing job! I would be remiss if I did not mention my friend Dana, who also works there and came in on her day off to make sure my experience was the very best!

Jericho Mcelroy was my sales representative and he was amazing! The team there was very attentive to my needs and expectations. They answered any questions and concerns that I had thoroughly. They were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the payment and everything where I needed it to be even with the warranties. I would definitely recommend Romain Cross Point.

I’ve been going to Romain since 2013 and it’s always been great. However, those times I was purchasing newer if not new vehicles from the Subaru side. This October I traded my NICE Tahoe for a smaller vehicle. Since having it sensors go off all the time. I’ve had the dealership address it and they simply turned off the sensors but didn’t fix anything. The safety and tire monitor systems particularly and with the winter coming I’m worried this car will not be reliable. Disappointed in this interaction, and stuck with a car I don’t feel is safe for my kids.
