Absolutely wonderful folks to work with on my truck purchase. Jacqueline was amazing and helped me through the whole buying process. I actually made a friend. Super sweet. The manager even got up under the truck with me and answered my questions of concern. They give me one of the best deals on any truck or car purchase I have ever had through the years. I would highly recommend them for any car or truck purchase. I would give them a 10 Star rating if I could.
Christine greeted me right after I stepped out of my van to look at a truck I’d been eyeing every time I drove down Metro Avenue. I wasn’t even planning on buying anything at that point. But she was a great sales woman who wouldn’t let me leave until she’d tried everything to get the terms to where I couldn’t say no. And she did exactly that. Payments started off a a little over $600/month. I drove off with the truck and a payment under $500/month and for only 60 months instead of 66. I’m grateful to her for her service that was certainly above and beyond my expectations.
My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. Kristine was our salesperson and she was amazing ! Helped us every step of the way and went above and beyond with helping us with the process of trading in our truck and getting a new one.Finace was great also ! Would definitely recommend to family and friends looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you all!
My wife bought a used vehicle at the end of December. She was offered a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee basically as her only option. Since we have had the vehicle it has spent 2 extended stays totaling more than 25 days at the expressway service center. Luckily for us she opted for an extended warranty which costs $80 or so out of pocket each month or our first bill for repairs would have been $3600. It’s back in the shop again and the claim apparently is so high that the warranty company has to send an inspector to verify needed repairs. So who knows how much that was gonna be. I would guess more than $5000. And they informed us that they weren’t covering all repairs. During all this time the vehicle has been getting worked on, a rental had to be gotten at our expense. When things were brought up to Auto Now about our dissatisfaction with the vehicle they did nothing and eventually said that it was under warrant and it wasn’t their problem. Well I think it should be their problem. They should stand behind what they sell and all we got sold was a massive headache. This experience has not been good and it just seems to get worse each day. We aren’t rich people and all these extra expenses are really putting us in a bad situation. Auto now you need to do better than this for real. You sold us a lemon and we are basically by your words stuck with it now cuz “it’s under warranty!” Sincerely, A very dissatisfied customer that still has to pay uber or enterprise to get to and from work. Thanks for the hassle. Would not recommend. Oh and go ahead and let your Ai bot respond cuz after reading other reviews I noticed that there is no way you actually read these. The AI responses are laughable. In response to auto now’s response: It’s hard to miss scheduled maintenance we only had the car for 8 days and only put on about 300 miles before the problems started. Not to mention wanting a car in a certain color isn’t a factor in the lemon we got. By your own words. All cars are thoroughly inspected and leak free and in perfect working order. Until we leave the lot and then it’s not your problem that we have missed work and had to drain every extra dime to have something that gets us too and from. If you had done an inspection and was 100% in working order the issues that had to be repaired would not have occurred. So that’s fine that you don’t actually stand behind your own words. I was told by many ppl that I should take it back and demand something different. There was a detailed maintenance record available that I did find and it hadn’t been touched since 2023. There was no way that it was in perfect running order and leak free because the problem stemmed from a head gasket leak. That doesn’t happen cuz of miles driven. And a warranty that we have to pay monthly to have is absolutely not a warranty. That’s called insurance. Monthly payments and a deductible are not usually how warranty’s work. And any other consumer product was handed over broken you better believe that it would be brought back and refunded or exchanged. But with something like a car we are just screwed. Btw this second trip to the shop has cost us $655 for car rental and and $500 out of pocket for repairs that weren’t covered. And we still won’t have the car back for 3 more days. I bet if you bought a car new or used and had this experience you would be pissed as well. So save me from your corporate answer shifting blame on the consumer for a shitty car that you sold. You got paid. We got screwed.
DON’T BUY, WILL SELL YOU VEHICLES WITH TONS OF PROBLEMS. Bought a truck from Kristine and less than 20 minutes from signing the papers (NOT EVEN 10 MILES) the check engine light came on. Then the backup camera went out the same week. Nonetheless $500 repair for replacing a fuel pump and that’s with a good mechanic. Backup camera is still at the dealership getting diagnosed. After bringing this up I was ignored, argued with, and not treated professionally what so ever. Explained numerous times they should pay for the full repair considering it happened not even 10 miles away but they DONT CARE. Kristine and her boss are unprofessional. You will seriously have A MUCH better time buying off a private seller on Craigslist and Facebook marketplace. Attached is the bill of sale with the miles I bought the car (65,960) then the second picture is the text I sent her not even 20 minutes later with the engine light I texted her at displaying JUST 65,963 MILES! Lastly I attached how I was IGNORED FOR OVER A WEEK about all of this. Seriously I’ve bought three cars from private sellers and all have been infinitely better than my experience with this dealership.
