Shout out to Jason!!!!! 2 new cars in one year, in January 2025, I bought a Jeep gladiator from him. He did all the legwork. I just had to come in and sign and drive away. I think he even had one brought one up for from Tennessee for me. By the end of the year just before Christmas, I called him again because I wanted to move back into a full-size truck and he took care of everything!! Definitely recommend

I am currently in the process of buying a used truck here. My impression so far is that Matt Dickerson is definitely the go-to guy for a vehicle. We are just waiting on a few issues to be corrected before I officially sign, so we'll see how it goes from here. So far, they are absolutely living up to their 4.8-star rating!

Worst experience. My loan was already approved and the bank already sent the wire. I even sent them the wire confirmation. If they knew the money was not in their account yet, they should have told me that 3 hours earlier while the bank was still open instead of wasting everyone’s time. I sent my friend to pick up the van and he sat there for almost 4 hours waiting for an answer. Nobody gave him a straight answer. Every time he asked, he got a different response. At the end of the day they told him they could not release the van because the money had not reached their account yet. If that’s your policy, that’s fine, but tell people upfront. Don’t make someone sit there for hours without a clear answer. Because of their poor communication, my friend had to drive back the next day just to pick up the vehicle. I understand waiting for funds to clear, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. They need to do a much better job communicating with customers and respecting people’s time.

They harassed me nonstop. Would schedule things without me knowing. Then get calls that I missed a meeting. They assumed I was desperate for a vehicle. When I was just looking. I would get calls and text all day. What I was looking at was way to over priced for a used vehicle. I understand they need to make there money. There is no need to be greedy.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and needs to be shared. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told upfront it needed an A/C repair before delivery, which I agreed to. From that point on, the entire process was filled with broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I was first told the car would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday came and went—no car. Then I was told Thursday. Still nothing. Then I was guaranteed I could pick it up Friday. On Friday, I reached out to confirm and was completely ignored—no response at all from my salesperson. After over a week and a half of delays, I finally received a call saying the vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was NOT ready. The dashboard was still partially disassembled, interior panels were hanging off, and the vehicle was dirty—despite being promised a full detail and shampooed seats. At this point, it’s not just about delays—it’s about a pattern of broken promises, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional behavior. Communication has been terrible, timelines have been meaningless, and the condition of the vehicle upon “pickup” was completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing from here proceed with caution. This has been an unnecessarily stressful and disappointing experience from start to finish.
