Expressway Credit Connection

I purchased a 2024 Chevy Malibu today and was helped by Jessica. She was very sweet and professional. She was super helpful every step of the way and made me feel very comfortable. If I need any other cars in the future I will definitely be back to see Jessica.

Its ok if you need a car for a very high price and if you have time to sit and wait while you get the run around. Was not impressed with this car lot to much waiting for nothing. Give you the run around and not the car you wanted. Sit there for hrs for them to keep saying we are waiting on the bank. What only have 1 bank to go through.

Disappointed, went in with a set payment I wanted, told them I would not go over 500, I was there 4 plus hours was told 2 vehicles were in my budget plan, test drove both, really liked one. Said let's do this. Then was shown a 741.00$ monthly payment and told on the other I would need money down. My problem was/is that I was very clear about what I wanted and they ignored that completely, they could have at ANY point said we can't find anything in your range/ price point. I will say everyone was polite the cars were clean and very nice. going forward though I think I'll go elsewhere where maybe the things I ask for will be heard. Hope this helps

I used to like this place. Bought a Hyundai in 23. Have had nothing but problems. Now the camshaft needs fixed, $2300, and credit connection acts like they sold us a brand new car. Hyundai and credit connection both have done us dirty. 0/5 to both of them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT A SPECIFIC CAR. I just lost a day of my life in their run-around, bait-n switch scam. I applied for the car I wanted online and was told I was approved, that the car was there waiting for me, ask for ROHI, he'd have it ready. Showed up, asked for ROHI, who had no idea who I was or what I was there for, the car I wanted was not even there. First I was told it didn't exist then I was told he would go get it from another location and bring it there and 45 minutes later he brought a different car and kept trying to tell me it was the car I wanted, then after assuring him it was not, he said then it's better. I again showed him the photos of the car I had applied for which was a totally different color even) he kept telling me those are just stock photos not a real car. Then when I was about to walk he acknowledged that he got the wrong car and said he would go get the right one, another 30 minutes, the right car arrived, I fell in love, Jumped through 5000 more hoops, check stubs, tax forms, only to be told that I can't have that one without a co-signer, that it doesn't matter how much money down or what I have to trade or anything else it wasn't going to happen with THAT car. HOURS later, SATURDAY wasted, when they could have told the truth at Jump, instead of telling me I was already approved and wasting my time trying to sell me crap cars, that I already have better. I'm sure if you have bad credit and just need ANY vehicle they will probably help you out. Just don't go there thinking you're going to get a specific car that they advertise because it is not going to happen, they will say you are approved, but its only for the old junkers..I know what I want & don't appreciate bait n switch tactics or being outright lied too, can I have my wasted Saturday back? 🙄 What a JOKE. I would never put trust in a place that resorts to lying just to get you in their door.
