They sold my granddaughter a car. A single mother with two small children. Within a week the car would not start due to an electrical issue. And slightly more than a week The timing chain was out and looking at a $2,700 repair bill. I would not call this a quality business in any form. They refuse to offer any relief financial or otherwise. Anyone considering doing business with this company should be very cautious indeed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. As soon as my son hit highway speeds 10 minutes after purchasing the car it went into limp mode. My husband and son took it straight back to the dealership. They were told it was a loose wire that the mechanic fixed. They were able to drive it 2 hours home. The next time he went to drive it, it immediately went into limp mode again. We contacted the salesman who admitted 2 days later that all they did was clear the codes it was throwing. It took our mechanic a week and $1800 to figure it out and fix it. They knew there was an issue, purposely HID IT and LIED! Lucky for them I don't have the money for an attorney because that is the exactly what the lemon law was created for.

Bought a car from them for 6000 and not even a month later it broke down, car wont start. I highly recommend not going to lighting auto in Springfield il. They will sell you a lemon car and refuse to fix the issue.
