FOR SOUTH LOCATION. Great people. Easy to work with. I had issues with car and they happily helped me. My car battery died and they had me call the warranty number. I did and battery was brought to me. Car was fixed and I haven’t had an issue since then. Very friendly, don’t get frustrated when you don’t understand something, financing process was quick, great selection of cars, and would highly recommend going!!

Would not recommend this place for car sales. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We called to confirm this place could accept our card for full payment bc we had planned to purchase the full amount today. They confirm they could do that so we drove 45 minutes to go check it out with full intentions on buying. It’s listed for $1995. Almost 200k miles, needs struts, tires, tire sensor and the rear AC Did not work but we were still willing to purchase. They asked again when we got there cash, card or check and we said card. They said thats fine. We drove it, came back and now the price out the door is 2800.. we walked and they followed us out to our car quite literally arguing why we should buy it for 2800 even though we said we would only be willing to do $2500 out the door due to the work it needs and high mileage. They eventually agreed. We walked in and then they said they can’t do the card payment.. they said they wanted cash. We walked out again because we did not bring that much cash with us and that again was not what we agreed. I went and got some money to be able to come back and do the deal we agreed on and when we came back this time the owner helped us. He said now he will not do $2500 out the door he will only do $2800 and cash in hand and we said that was not the agreed upon price or our deal and you guys said card payments were accepted when we called to confirm and when we got here. He said “well you don’t have to buy this car” and I said “you’re right I don’t. What the hell kind of place is this” and that apparently hurt the 5’2 little man’s feelings bc he said he won’t sell it to us anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️ 0/10 would not recommend Springfield auto mall. Not only do they not sell the cars for the price listed but they will go back on your deal in the middle of it. This was not a terrific car. It’s literally listed for less than $2000… paying outright for cars like that is very normal at dealers. This place is super sketchy and would not recommend doing business with them. We sat there for 3 hours trying to get this super simple deal done for what should have been pretty straight forward. The salesmen said he would just call his mom to come buy it or one of the other 600+ customers who visit his store daily. Extremely unprofessional. We made the mistake of not checking the reviews online. Apparently this is pretty common at this location but I’d like to get the word out there….

When i say by far the worst experience I ever experienced with any dealer it’s literally the worst. I started by contacting them about an online purchase for a 2016 dodge charger hellcat they ended sending me the out the door fees okay I was fine with everything they reached out to my bank. My bank approved everything which i already have the check, they say i have to put down $1020 and it’s a deal which I agreed i cashed app the money then they sent over all the documents to my email I had sign Bill of sale and ETC. i signed the check told them it was be overnighted which I forwarded the tracking number to them the check will arrive in 4 days but I never the very next day they changed the price on the car I was buying which was a red flag but whatever I’m like it’s already brought so check arrived Monday morning I reached to confirm which they responded and said they have the check. Now this is where it gets shady they ultimately tell me the car was stolen over the weekend so I’m already like it’s something fishy with these guys so I contacted my bank told them to cancel that check and i asked for my $1020 refund which they claim the person who is in charge is currently in Japan they’re waiting on him to respond so i still have no refund and they still have the car listed for sale. Also had a friend call a few days later just to act like a potential buyer for the vehicle to see if their story was accurate and they lied the call was still available and ready to sell smh very shady dealership and I’m currently in the process of disputing the payment with my bank to get my down payment money back since he stopped responding.

Zero Stars. After several trips consisting of multiple hours and miles I arrived to see the truck being drove to the back lot and the fellow was trying to load it up on hauler to go down the road even after me telling them everything I was doing even with time management. Made giving proof of income still had a stressful experience. Looking at all these negative reviews I'm going to have to say these people are lucky to be doing business
