I had a great experience with Hassan in search of a fun, reliable Japanese sedan. He gave good suggestions and went out out his way to assist me. He also gave a better deals than most cars dealers. I am very happy with my new baby and it is worth every penny. Definitely would come back in the future and would recommend to my friends!
My experience at Elite has been phenomenal. Everyone that I have come in to contact with has been courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Ali and his son Hassan have guided me through the car buying process every step of the way. Not only did Hassan help me buy a vehicle, he assisted me in selling my old one. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Elite and plan on using them to buy, sell and maintain all my vehicles in the future.
I have purchased my son’s first car from elite auto Great customer service. Reliable and helpful staff. If you’re in market for a used car Definitely place to consider
Had my car for over two months and fixed nothing!! I paid 1,250 to get my car fixed and my car is still in bad condition. Once I paid for my car they didn’t even give me a recipient of what was done to the car unprofessional! Lied about what dates my car was going to be done. Lied and said my brakes were fixed, before I even pulled off the lot my brake light came on. They will finesse you out your money and talk disrespectful to you!
*DONT BUY HERE* MY son & I bought a 05 Avalon from them for $3500. Two years previous I bought a 99 Civic from here. Before we purchased the Avalon I asked Hassan Hussein if he would throw in a spare wheel from the trunk of a similar vehicle and we shook on it. He couldn't get the wheel out of the car because he couldn't get the trunk open so I had to come back another time. I returned two different times and eventually was given a different wheel for the vehicle. By this point I had gotten into several arguments with Hassan about him holding up his end of the deal. Turns out the wheel didn't fit. And he still refuses to give me the wheel we agreed upon.
