I want to share the ULTIMATE experience I had buying a car at Windsor Auto Sales!! I needed a car asap. My car was no longer drivable so the search was on, I called the lot and spoke with Jeff Oliver. I let Jeff know what my needs were for a car. I went to the car lot the next day, was greeted by Jeff and Nick. It was a very friendly family feel when I walked through those doors at Windsor Auto Sales. Very Nice!! I test drove a few cars and decided on a Dodge Journey. The financing was very easy. I let Jeff and Nick know a dollar amount I wanted to stay within, a monthly payment on top of loan term. I worked with Jose with the financing and he meant everything I wanted and more. I had the car a couple weeks and unfortunately I broke down at a stop light after work around 4pm on a Saturday. I called the car lot, spoke with Jeff and Nick let them know I was stranded and without hesitation Nick asked where I was and Nick along with Jeff were at my rescue within 6 minutes!!! They were able to get my car to Nicks shop , Good Boys Auto Care Center and take me home. They called me first thing Monday morning, let me know my alternator went bad. I did not expect to get my car back for at least a week. That was not the case. Nick had my car fixed that Monday afternoon. I also have a two year warranty on the alternator!! Nick took care of the issue I had with the car without hesitation or hassle. The service I received from every aspect at Windsor Auto Sales and Good Boys Auto Care Center was outstanding!! I highly recommend Windsor Auto Sales, along with Good Boys Auto Care Center!! It truly was a very pleasant experience even with the break down. Thank You So Much !!

Would 100% recommend, and I am not easily impressed. DAVE was amazing! My daughter was in need of a safe and reliable car, hee car had broke. Dave took the time to get her into a reliable, safe and efficient car. He has a kind demeanor and is not at all pushy. Jose did the finance and took his time to get us the best price to what she said she could afford. Even told us we could leave and he would call us to come back when he find the best finance for her. Not having us sit and wait. These guys really care and took their time to make sure we got what it was we wanted and not pushing to “just make a sale”. In a world of used car dealers Nick is one of them . The difference is his knowledge and experience since he’s been doing it for half a century . I’ve bought 3 cars from there and the ease of seeing a car on the lot to seeing it my driveway is always a happy surprise . Great staff, great choices and you always get a good deal . Ask his mom she’ll tell ya . Nicky is a good boy . Tell him Brad sent you , you’ll still get a good deal but you’ll also get a laugh . Just delivered one of their vehicles to Chicago and the whole process was an amazing experience especially seeing the customers satisfaction buying such a special car for a special occasion sight unseen!
