I bought a 2016 Explorer that I never test drove or looked at prior to buying from Gresty Auto Sales on Harlem Road. I saw 1 picture on Facebook of the vehicle sitting in front of the Father Gresty Tribute sign. I thought with my credit score that there would be no way I could get financed and it would be buy here pay here. Their finance company actually financed me with a better APR then a APR of a buy here pay here. I also got a 2 year 24k mile warranty with the vehicle. I bought this vehicle 100% based on my friend Mike’s word that it was a good vehicle he bought from auction. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, everything works, it rides beautifully and looks great. Big thanks to Brian, Mike Jr and Mike Gresty for a great vehicle for my family. That alone will make me buy my next vehicle from you. 5 stars!

Run for the hills! Better think twice before u buy a vehicle from these people! Bought a Chevy equinox a year ago and have had nothing but major problems! Nothing like paying $500 a month for a car that doesn't run for shit. Definitely got one over on me.

went there, was interested in a vehicle- had the loan ready & everything. Got in the truck, the engine light & tire sensors on (not disclosed), then start driving and the windshield wipers are broke (not disclosed & are so cheap to fix a dealership should be able too), then, drive it and it sounds like the tranny and engine are going out, and it doesn’t shift right. at this point we knew it was a goner, so we park and look around, rusted out the bottom & there was a non disclosed accident. We went in and talked to the owner, he said “he didn’t know” and that was made clear to us he pretty much never has drove this truck and knew minimal info about it. waste of a trip.

Not honest people they would sell you junk never ever buy a car from this place just keep shopping around i waited 6k with them and they also let my wife sign my signature in my absence so ill just get a lawyer

Got a vehicle. Broke down the day we took it off the lot as we traveled to see family. We went to Chicago and I had my baby in the car as massive trucks passed us at full speed on the highway. I had to have a tow truck tow us 2 hours. They didn't bother to help us. Mind you had the car for only one full day. The Alternator was bad. So, they replaced it with a old crusty used one. A few months later the gasket blew. We spent over 7 grand on the vehicle that sat for over a year , paid full coverage and a loan on it. For a YEAR. This place is totally unreliable. They sold us a car that had major flood damage for almost 8 thousand dollars. I suggest you look elsewhere. We had to pull teeth just to get the Alternator fixed. I understand when you drive off the lot it is sold "as is" but they should have some kind of integrity. I'm a mom with a baby. I had tried to make sure I did as much research as possible and even asked people who owned the car about it. I tried getting it fixed and many mechanics actually told me no because of the type of vehicle it was. I ended up having to junk it. I had no choice. The integrity of this car lot is compromised. UPDATE: As you can see by the absolutely unprofessional response from the owner of the establishment, the integrity is comprised. I believe at one point the father owned the dealership. Now is under sons management. I took this vehicle to a professional , who told us the rust and build up underneath the vehicle indicated massive flood damage. You sold us junk. You should be held accountable for your lack of integrity and nasty character. This story wasn't simply something that came out of thin air. Take it as you will. DO NOT GO HERE. Check before you drive off the lot!
