My salesman, Brandon was awesome in every way. He listened to my needs, made sure he found the right vehicles for me to test drive, and asked for feedback on the ones that weren’t the right fit. Brandon deserves a raise! I then asked if my local mechanic could inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. He said that was not an option because the mechanic was too far away. (Over 30 miles). But he did take videos of the underside of the cars for me to send to my mechanic to view. After a couple of hours of going back-and-forth on 3 different vehicles, I purchased one. I’m glad I did! To sweeten the deal, his general manager Jesse agreed to drive the car to my home because I didn’t have anybody to drive it and I couldn’t drive 2 vehicles at one time. Lol. I feel they went the extra mile to make a happy customer. Give them a chance, you might be surprised!

I was here at the same time as anoyher young lady... if her experience was even half as good as mine was it was phenomenal. I worked with Brandon and while I was a mess he was patient, listened to my nonsense rambling to fill the silence, worked with me as I changed my mind over and over and most of all he always kept my bottom line in mind letting me know what worked in my terms range to help guide me. I ended up with a 2016 Honda CrV and it is the cutest shade of maroon and just perfect for me and my needs. Thank you, Brandon! OH I must add that the rest of the staff was very accomodating and friendly, they laughed sincerely at my silly jokes and made genuine conversation. I didnt feel forced into anything, no typical sales pressure either. I got sick a few years ago and my credit fell apart and i had to do a voluntary repossession on my vehicle about a year or so ago.... When they say they can finance any credit situation....I would Highly suggest giving these folks a try. Oh and I went to Kunes Belv a few weeks ago... I didn't like how they lured me in there with a meeting assigned to Anthony and when I get there they tell me Anthony doesn't exist but if I want to buy a car I can work with them then I gave them a chance and they said that there was a good possibility they could meet my terms and failed and then got upset when I was completely honest with them about my situation, Loves Park Auto was 100% different. I will recommend them to anyone I know. I hope this review helps you choose them too.

Brandon and Todd were Awesome! I was an out of state buyer and they worked quickly and smoothly to get me “pre-approved” so as not to waste a long drive. The car was just as described and the deal was done with professionalism. These guys do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They made things right,they were able to contact the person that purchased my truck. The person then came back and dropped off legs for a toolbox that was in there… I made a review with one star because I wasn’t getting much communication from them however they did contact me, got everything figured out and I am happy with how it turned out.. I will say my experience with them has been pretty decent.. Definitely not the worst car lot I’ve ever dealt with. I would put it in top three… They made things right, So I have nothing bad to say
