Great experience! I heard from a family member that this place was under new management and when I checked it out the staff was very professional and knowledgeable! I ended up buying a 2008 Nissan Altima that runs great! I appreciated that they weren’t pushy or used any stereotypical used car salesmen antics!

I had a great experience with Advantage Auto. First met the owner, was very nice and friendly and very helpful...stopped to look at the Acadia but he listened to what I needed and recommend the buick enclave...test drove it and loved it...ending up buying it and absolutely love it..the owners son helped me with financing and a great price...overall would totally recommend Advantage Auto...good people!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I just recently purchased a vehicle through Advantage and Tim was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a buying experience go so smoothly. Especially being over 9 hours away! What showed up in my driveway was every bit of what I was told and had seen in so many photos, if not even better. Any time I had a random question or worry about the truck, Tim answered the phone and did what he could. I’m so incredibly happy with this process and with my vehicle. Absolutely awesome experience, thank you so much Tim! Edit: I feel so silly for leaving this review in good faith. The truck that showed up is rust free on the body, yes. That being said, I was lied to. I was sent photos of the underneath that gave the illusion the truck was clean and solid. It was not, he just took favorable pictures of the decent parts of the truck. I’m now over $5k in repairs to make this truck safe and reliable and pass NYS inspection. Brake and fuel lines completely rotted, leaf springs rotted, all suspension rotted. Catalytic converter, rotted apart. 5 thousand plus dollars plus out of my pocket for parts, 3k in labor on top of the price of the truck and the price to ship the truck to NY. My fiance and I have reached out to Tim multiple times. One of the first calls Tim did claim he would help with repairs and then we never heard from him again. I fear I should’ve trusted their bad reviews. The photos sent to me do not reflect the reality of the rot under this vehicle, I wouldn’t have purchased it if they did.

I spoke with one of the gentlemen earlier this week. I was assured the Pt Cruiser I saw online was in working and drivable conditions. I also let the person know it would be an hour and a half drive for me to come and pick up the vehicle. We drove their yesterday which was Friday. The car all around was a show stopper. It was gorgeous on the outside. I went into the office and asked doe the key. The gentleman asked if we was the ladies from Milwaukee I replied yes and he took a pic of my driver's license. He handed me the key and we went out to the car. I opened the door again the car was super clean in the inside. So now I was extremely happy I put they in the ignition and the sound that poor car made was horrible. The car was LOUD on the inside but on the outside it was quiet. So we attempted to go around the corner but it was LOUD! I immediately took the vehicle and went in the office. I told the gentleman NO THANK YOU! The longest wasted three hours ever!! 😫 😩
