I’m on my 4th car from them!! Love working with the one that’s on Kishwaukee! They are so nice and always give me a great deal… They even lowered my down payment when we needed a 3rd row seating vehicle and they always work with me if I need to be late!! I’m shocked at some of these negative comments and willing to bet it’s the buyer not the car lot because after 4 reliable vehicles, I just don’t see it!! I love them and will always go to them!!

I have gotten 1a truck, and 2 cars my husband took I'll and he was unable to drive or even get in it, so they helped me get a car. Now the truck was paid off. So after the 2 car it was hard for me to keep getting the wheel chair in. They been so nice and supporting for me. Sorry put me in a real nice SUV it also a keeper everything works out just great. They are wonderful. If there rude to you it's because they had a bad day. Every day isn't always a good day! So if you're in need of a auto go see them They will treat you good.

I went in to look at vehicles with about $2,000 to throw down on financing. I was immediately told they wouldn't work with me because I'm an Uber driver. The guy said the owner won't work with us. Which is obscene. Uber drivers would be some of the most likely to keep up on payments because we need the vehicle to supplement income. The worker said "the owner is a millionaire he doesn't care, they'll still sell." So they're 100% ready to turn down some of the best customers they can get. I was told it was because insurance companies won't insure uber drivers. Showing a COMPLETE lack of knowledge. I have been insured as an Uber drivers for 3+ years. Even on cars that were under payments. It's called "rideshare insurance". Which goes right alongside my FULL coverage insurance. So if you plan to look here and drive for Uber, Lyft, doordash etc I wouldn't waste your time. They lack the knowledge to work with you and while the worker was fairly kind about it it's just unprofessional.

February of 2022 I bought a 2014 taurus from them. I've since ended up putting more money into it for repairs than i have paid towards it! Just waiting for them to come get the damn thing. It's already needing more repairs. Its been repair after repair after repair every other month in the year and a half i have had it. I finally got a car that I love with a warranty, and newer and way less miles on it! If you're needing a vehicle go see Dwight at Anderson!
