If your looking for a car, give this place a look first. My family has bought vehicles from here before, my last 2 vehicles are from Anderson Nissan and JD Byrider. Elite Motors service was not only nice, but the owner is very knowledgeable, and the best car buying experience I've had in this area so far. They worked with me and got me into the car I wanted, instead of the car they would give me. I recommend this place.
I have been buying from this group for over 7 years! Every issue I have ever had has been handled very well. Never had a bad experience with them. Would recommend this car lot for anyone whom is looking for a car purchase at ok prices.. Joe W
I bought a Impala from them no problems I was able to pay it off early and this was during the pandemic. Two years ago I bought an equinox from them, when the car started showing signs of timing chain they completely ignored me and my son who has been doing all the work on the car. They even had me take it to Dan's for a whole 2 months I was replacing the same parts. Now that my son showed Dan the real problem they decided to charge me the price for the repair which is the same price I was paying for the car. I just got a letter saying they putting a lien on it and want to resell the car. Buyer be beware because they differently aren't doing business like they use to
Very terrible service they like to yell at you and threaten to sue you next day when all payments were paid with no late fees. They sell used cars that have problems with them when they sold the car to my girlfriend we were lucky enough to get the one decent guy there that can talk like a normal human being. The other people that work at that building have major attitudes and wouldn't let us speak to the person that sold us the car... every time we called and asked to speak to him they said that we can speak with them and them only. We tried to send the car back and again they threaten to sue us the next day, though it was all a bluff to try and scare us because when we talked to the guy that sold us the car he calmly took care of us with no attitude and no problems. So there is atleast one decent person there and that's why I give them one star otherwise it's a zero. Many better places to go other than here.
These people are crooks. We have had problems with our car since day one and on top of that they aren’t very helpful. All together we have put in 1500 dollars on top of paying the payments and when we called to talk to them about it there excuse was they put in 2000 dollars to put it on the lot to sell!! We should’ve never agreed to pay that amount we could’ve talked them down but there obviously money hungry...I do not recommend this place for anyone there are better places out there trust me‼️
