After dealing with the rudest behavior at Heller Ford, I took my Armada to Uftring Nissan. The Customer Service was absolutely amazing. 5-Star service from the beginning. All I had to do was deliver my vehicle and the Warranty info. That's literally it! They did all of the calling and claim work. Turns out it was EXACTLY what I tried telling Heller it was. The warranty covered a $17k Engine block replacement. They kept it an extra day to button everything up and did a bumper to bumper inspection to make sure there were no other issues. My husband and I scheduled an appointment to meet with Chris Rocke. We were blown away by his genuine approach and thoughtful demeanor. In our short time with Chris it was evident that he always goes above and beyond expectations. The new car we were interested in was pulled to the front of the dealership and was waiting for us upon our arrival. As loyal GM customers for almost three decades we were pleasantly surprised by the luxury we experienced in our new Nissan Pathfinder. Chris took the time to explain our options and walked us through how to use the car’s features. In all of our years of buying and selling vehicles this is the first time we could say we will be back to work with Chris. It is clear why the dealership has such great reviews. Lettie and Wes were absolutely incredible to work with. This was hands down the easiest and most stress free experience I’ve ever had. Lettie was amazing from start to finish.
