I was looking at motorcycles online and found one that I was interested in. I was contacted by World of Powersports because I was interested in a test ride. I worked with Caleb Lowe. He sent me a video of some of the bikes that I might be interested in and what they had in stock. He was knowledgeable on motorcycles in general. He had a laidback style of sales. He gave me a very competitive deal on my motorcycle. I look forward to working with Caleb and World of Power in the future.

Just purchased a Kawasaki Mule DXT and I can honestly say it was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve bought a lot of equipment over the years. Dean was my salesman and Shawn handled financing, and these two guys are the real deal. From the moment I walked in, there was zero pressure, zero games, and zero nonsense. They didn’t try to play me against other dealers or wear me down with back-and-forth negotiations. They simply came out with their best price up front — and then delivered on every single promise they made. Every. Single. One. I was given a full tour of the facility, which tells you something right there. This isn’t a place that’s hiding anything. It has a genuine family feel to it — the kind you don’t find much anymore — where people take real pride in their work and actually want you to leave happy. The Mule DXT is everything I hoped for, and the whole experience matched it. No regrets, no reservations — just complete satisfaction. It is genuinely refreshing to know that places like this still exist, and people like Dean and Sean are still out there doing it the right way. I will absolutely be back, and I’ll be sending everyone I know their direction. If you’re even thinking about it, stop thinking and go see these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Just purchased our new CanAm side-by-side. Great experience - they did a terrific job. Showed us all the features of the machine and how to use them. Got a great price and we were able to get added accessories. Stu and his crew in the service department made sure everything was in excellent condition for us. Definitely recommend World of Power Sports in Peoria!!!

Just want to give a shout-out to Kyleigh Miller. I came in to find a helmet for my large head, and she jumped at the opportunity to help me. She asked me what I was riding (1983 Yamaha Riva. I'm dipping a toe in after not riding for 20 years) After trying on a couple in the store that weren't quite right, she was able to order one that fit just right. She even apologized for not having it in stock. I appreciated her patience and knowledge. Conversely, when I came in to pick it up, I got all the way to the parts counter before anyone even acknowledged my presence, the helmet was handed over without enthusiasm and when I expressed an interest in a snap-on visor, no effort was made to provide information on style or price.

We dropped off our bike June 12 and they had it set to be worked on June 19th. We heard Nothing Nothing Nothing and we called and got disconnected or told no info at this time. we decided to come up here to check on the status of the repair ONLY to find out its "done" but they just hadnt gotten to the paperwork and letting us know....but not even a mile away we had to walk the bike back to the shop because it conpletely died. Few days later we talk to them they say carburetor so they clean it fix it whatever to that and they messed something up cuz never leaked gas before. Had to order part and that came in a week ago. STILL not done. Up here now to find out that the part that we told them was repaired in the first place is where the leak is but they didnt know if a gasket was put in so didnt touch the bike yet.... apparently they dont know how to reach out to customers to ask these questions I guess. Supposedly now the bike will be ready tomorrow. I sure hope its ready and they surely better honor the price they advised us it would be "due to all of the inconvenience ". I will update this review if they make it right but if there is no update well you know what happened.
