I recently had service to my vehicle and was completely satisfied with the work performed I also would like to recognize an exceptional employee...Beth, in the service department. She is very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me about the loaner car they provided, she was very courteous and friendly. Even though she is very busy, she still takes the time to give customers outstanding customer service. I consider her a real asset to the company!
We did our homework at several dealerships, but Ray Dennison (and specifically Troy) earned our business. Being from out of town, we appreciated how easy they made it to communicate remotely. Troy was determined to get the deal done and never used high-pressure tactics. He even offered to track down our 2026 Buick Enclave ST from 400 miles away if need be! My parents also bought their car from here. We love the new ride and highly recommend asking for Troy.

Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Probably the worst customer service. I’ve called probably 10 times with questions about warranty etc. and it’s always “someone will get back with you” and never does. When you do finally get ahold of someone after a month of calling it seems like they are pissed you called them. They told me I was pre approved for a truck so I drove an hour and a half for them to tell me I need to put 6k down. Waste of time and money. The truck I bought from them has been in the shop more than it’s been on the road. Steer clear of this place, I’d rather pay more at a different dealer then get the best deal on the planet at this place.
