Parkside Auto Sales

I purchased a vehicle a year ago from Parkside,and yes I had issues with it,and yes it still has some bugs I'm working out of it,but it is used and as is. I could have purchased after market warranty but chose not to. I was in a hard spot and needed a vehicle badly as my current vehicle had broken down and Nikki and Chris came thru and got me into a vehicle. I will be a return customer.

Giving place for people with bad credit, they will get you driving little to No money down. Smiles at the front door and all , I went to finance my vehicle everything went fine took the truck home all good , I took my normal weekend drive to Indiana came back the truck did not start . The funding company called to verify my purchase just when i had my issue . The owner from Parkside calls me I tell him the issue and let him know I will not back til Tuesday but the truck is in the driveway and No I didn’t leave the keys . When I return I will call them . Mis attitude is what I call her , calls my phone tells me I lied about the truck . Wow I gave them the truck back and they refuse to give my money back. This was not my fault what ever reason the truck did not start that day . I don’t believe anyone should be disrespectful to another person, I was kicked off the property just unexceptionable the level of disrespect

Stay clear from this place. Very unprofessional and ran my credit without my permission and when confronted Nikki wants to cuss at people over the phone. Place is a scam and ran by fools. There will be a lawsuit coming your way!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Very unprofessional and very shady. Look at the other negative reviews. The same experience has happened to me. The vehicle I received stuttered when I'd go to start it. The air conditioner did not work and we had record breaking days of heat and children. It was not pleasant. I received the vehicle and a few days later I recieved a a phone call saying I had to return the vehicle because the bank hadn't approved the loan. I feel like I shouldn't have been able to pull off the parking lot if everything wasn't approved. Then I was asked to return the vehicle and I'd get my money back. I returned the vehicle to get told I'd get my money tomorrow. Had I known that I wouldn't have brought the vehicle back.

I really couldn't recommend a worst place to buy a car. My girlfriend bought a 2014 Equinox that had a 100,000+ miles on it that lasted 3 months before the Timing chain broke. Took it to get repaired at a different shop only for them to tell us that the engine was completely shredded, engine is scorched, rollers falling apart and that this was years of damage. This car shouldnt even have been put out on the lot to sell. Mind you that we took this vehicle back in within a month of buying it because we heard rattling but was told nothing was found. On top of all this, now they are refusing to call us back and wont answer any of our calls and emails so we can try and get this fixed. Do Not Buy From These People. 7/10/25 Update: even after we said we wouldn't, we went back to try and work out a deal for them to buy the car back. They stated they wanted to help us but we never "replied back to their emails. To which my girlfriend told Nikki that they never reached out because we never received and email from them. The conversation ended after that because they began threatening to call the police if we didnt leave. Very professional and very mindful, stay classy parkside.
