Waited a couple months before doing a review because of all the bad experiences I've had with cars and car lots but I have had no issues with the Malibu I purchased back in August!! It gets through the snow great and really appreciate Josh for making sure he took out the time making sure I got something that was dependable and I have even noticed my credit has started getting better so Thank You Ideal and Josh for getting me into a great car!!

These people are lying. The rates are super high and their cars are 10+ years old. We purchased a vehicle and the car needed maintenance every other month. When they repair your car they keep it for an unexpected amount of time and will not replace it with a loaner. When returned, the car’s mileage was 75 miles over when it was checked in. Come to find out the car was overheating in the winter and needed anti freeze and had the vehicle 4 -5 days. Then they expect you to pay your full amount for your car note after it’s been with them for a week. The car had been repossessed twice in less than six months so you cannot be late on your payment. I would not recommend buying or even looking at a care at this place in Springfield. It’s a joke. They will add insurance as well and if that’s not paid your car will be repossessed. I’m referring them to the BBB and getting legal help. Those 5 stars are made up. Why do you think not one bad report? All car dealerships are liars but they are #1 at that…not quality cars. You’ll be better off getting your new/ old car from an auction.
