First off, Moe is a kind soul and cares about the legacy of Sam's Auto. I can tell this is true by the effort he puts in on his sales. From start to finish he made the process so easy. I wish all car salesmen were like him. I'm also happy that they can service my vehicle. It's a one stop shop! Thank you soo much for taking care of me. I am forever part of the Sam's Auto family. Love this place. Family ran , customer service is A1. I was not expecting Moe to a hand deliver my car to me with lunch for my time. I had 500 dollars for a down payment but I only had it in singles and he still took it. Never had shawarma before but let me tell you.. I’ll be eating it every weekend from now on. I’m a firm believer in Jesus Christ and know that he put me with Moe for my car sale. Christ is king and Moe is a genuine person. Thanks Moe

I was in town eating lunch at the subway across from the old blast fitness and stumbled upon Sam’s Auto when I was heading South. I was immediately lured in when I saw a bubble parked out on the side walk. Bunch of sweet rides with even sweeter prices. A1 Sales and Service top to bottom.

About my first vehicle from Sam’s it was a Nissan Altima 2013. I had it for five years off the showroom floor for 12,000.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from Sam's Auto Chicago based on my recent experience. Prior to completing my purchase, I was repeatedly assured by the sales representative, Frank, that the vehicle had a clean title. After further investigation, I discovered that this representation was inaccurate. When the discrepancy was brought to their attention, the dealership offered a small discount rather than fully addressing the issue. As I continued researching the vehicle's history, I learned that it had previously been acquired through an insurance auction. While the dealership claimed that all necessary repairs had been completed, the quality of the work was highly questionable. Upon receiving the vehicle in another state, I immediately discovered water intrusion issues, as the vehicle leaked during rainfall. This raised serious concerns regarding the quality and thoroughness of the repairs performed before the vehicle was offered for sale. What I find most troubling is the apparent lack of transparency throughout the transaction. The dealership presented the vehicle in a manner that did not accurately reflect its history or condition. Furthermore, once the sale was finalized and the vehicle was delivered, communication became virtually nonexistent. Repeated attempts to contact Frank regarding my concerns went unanswered. In my opinion, this dealership prioritizes profit over honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with Sam's Auto Chicago. Prospective buyers should exercise extreme caution, thoroughly verify all vehicle history reports, and obtain independent inspections before committing to a purchase.
