I highly recommend coming to Mack’s motors for a car. Fred and Stella have exceptional customer service skills. As well as the gentleman who assist them in the lot. They treat you like family. Good quality used cars being sold here. The first car I got from Mack’s was a 2010 Ford Escape absolutely LOVED it... when it was time to get a new car they worked with my needs especially to make sure I was given a good quality vehicle that I could continue to afford. They are very responsive to text and emails and knowledgeable about the business. Work with your credit and down payment ! Good place to start for a car.

I would recommend anybody to do business with Mack's Motor Sales if you are in search of a used vehicle. I recently inquired about a used vehicle that looked promising. Due to some extra work I didn't expect, we couldn't come to a deal and had to walk. The asking price they wanted was not outrageous and I agreed is a fair price, just more than I was personally comfortable with at the time. The whole experience with this company was great for the afternoon I spent with them. Fred is an honest owner who is willing to negotiate (within reason, you won't ever get 4k off a car because you see some rust dummies) and work with you to make sure you are taken care of in an honest manner. Feel free to bring your mechanic! The small business energy felt welcoming; we were able to crack jokes and share hobbies during some small downtime. Lastly, The financing option I had available was simple interest. For people who get ahead of their bills, this means almost 0 interest at the end of the day!

Mack's definitely deserves more than 5 stars. Right off the bat we felt so welcome and at home. As we were in a rut trying to find a car ASAP, Fred and Carlos were so friendly and helpful by answering every question and understanding what we needed. At the end of the day we left with a great car and a knowing that we can come back anytime. They deserve every bit of business & I will be recommending them to anyone in need of a car! Great customer service but I got sold a complete lemon. In the first two weeks of having the vehicle I had to pay $120 for an oil change because I was told by jiffy lube it was completely dry. Not only was I told they showed it to me. The ac didn’t work and the windows didn’t go down so they told us to take to THEIR mechanic who has a horrible attitude btw. And they “fixed” that issue but now the car was making noises and lights started coming on the dash. I took it to another mechanic not the one they own and screws and parts were loosened. The electronics were all messed up. They showed us how messed up the car is. We got quoted over $2000 to fix it. My dad is a mechanic and he came from out of state to check it out and he quoted $3000 with parts. I’m just going to hurry and pay it off and be done.
