We walked in with an idea of what we were looking for and based on that he showed us that and other options. If you have any questions just ask they will make you feel comfortable with your purchase. We visited this dealership intending to trade in our vehicle and hopefully purchase a new one, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The salesman refused to discuss or negotiate pricing before running our credit, which immediately made us uncomfortable. A customer should be able to understand numbers and options before a credit inquiry is performed. During our visit, the salesman openly told us about other customers who were trying to return their vehicles because they could not afford the truck insurance. He laughed while saying, “what can we do,” which felt very unprofessional and concerning. Part of responsible car sales is making sure buyers understand the full financial responsibility — including insurance costs. This experience gave the impression that the dealership prioritizes selling cars over acting in the customer’s best interest. While a few vehicles on the lot appeared decent, most were significantly overpriced — way over market value compared to similar vehicles elsewhere. Another major issue is communication. I have asked three separate times to stop receiving emails, yet they continue contacting me even though I never opted into any email marketing system. Ultimately, we walked out without a car, no deal, and no purchase. Unfortunately, this dealership did not earn our trust or business. I held my review for 5 weeks now, “if you have nothing to say, then don’t say it”, but now that they have crossed a request response is subject.
