Albert sold me a Mercedes AMG CLA35. This was my first ever car purchase and I was out of state so I had to do this all online as well. He was extraordinarily helpful with answering all of my questions, sent me so many pictures, videos, updates, and walked me through all of the steps. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, calls, and form a connection with me no matter the time of day. Chris helped out with the purchasing and delivery of the car. Everything went seamlessly well and I was delivered the car within a couple days of purchase. I highly recommend asking for Albert if you are looking for a car online or at the dealership, he is an excellent salesman and human being and will go above and beyond to get you a great deal on a fantastic car!

Arturo and his manager Chris did amazing! Arturo was very communicative thru the whole process! They got me into my car when I didn’t think it would happen, and for an amazing price! Will definitely be coming back for my company cars! Got home and the next day I noticed the panoramic sun roof cover was tore down the whole passenger side. Told me the worst damage was some dents in the side door at the dealership though. Asked them about fixing it and they give me a run around and ultimately charging me to fix it.. on top of that it needs two if not four new tires, which I was cool with when I got it, knowing used cars aren’t perfect. On top of the sun roof tear and tires, the breaks are screaming 3 weeks later, oil change needs done, air conditioning barely working. I’ve bought a lot of used cars and never had to put money into them a month into buying a car. Let alone this much money… definitely disappointed EDIT: Chris called me and we worked it out. They did fix the breaks, oil change, and even the rotors to be safe. Overall I’m happy with the service they provided and the car I bought. I appreciate them meeting me in the middle and doing what they could, without costing them too much money. (I have a business so I get it, and again, it’s a used car I know it won’t be perfect.) Overall I appreciate all the guys here, I would still come back and get another car from them!!!

We absolutely loved them!!!! I came in with no appointment and not really knowing what my options were, but Marco was so willing to help. He’s super knowledgeable and informative, I was able to find exactly what I needed. One big thing about him that we really liked was that he wasn’t pushy about selling us a car, we really appreciated that. He showed us what they had and our options, without adding anything unnecessarily. We also asked A LOT of questions and he was so willing to answer of them. Margaret was also extremely helpful and the sweetest. She got us a really good deal in payments, and we were able to add on their warranty (we thought it would be helpful for us). Chris the financial advisor was super straight forward and chill. He answered any questions we had very well. We genuinely loved this place and are considering buying from them in the future!!

Came to the dealership to view a car, and Luis is the salesperson a young man that really listen to our needs. The car drove good, the place Is clean the cars look in good condition and the prices are fair, and they are very knowledgeable. I recommend Luis as salesman happy to do business with them. Hoping the cars last a long time
