From the minute I stepped on the lot, I was greeted by Jamie and found the truck I was looking for. He was super easy going and great to work with! Then Misty stepped into the picture and carried on with great customer service. Their mechanic was also awesome. And I say all of this openly as I typically hate dealing with car dealers, but these guys were awesome! Got my wife and I financed, gave me a great deal on my trade in, and just made the whole thing happen. Couldn’t be happier with the truck! We will Definitely be working with them again in the future!

Jamie and misty were super helpful and upfront and honest with us about the car. they were willing to work within our budget and get us the best deal possible. We did not feel pressured and there were no back and forth games as with many used car dealers. We would definitely recommend dealing with them. It was worth the 300 miles we traveled. As a mechanic who knows about cars they listened to my concerns and didn't talk down to us.. They listened to our needs and concerns as buyers. Waiting room and restroom were clean and inviting. My husband needed a new (to him) truck after his was declared totaled after it was struck by a Sysco delivery truck while parked 🙄. After shopping around a bit, I found a listing for a great looking used F-150 at Mad Hatter Motors and we went to check it out. The truck was great, just like in the photos and even had some surprise amenities. Price was competitive as well. We test drove it and put down a deposit then came back after the weekend and purchased. We had planned to get a pre purchase inspection, which didn't work out due to scheduling, but we felt confident after the test drove and looking it over. We still got an inspection after and the truck was confirmed to be in great shape. The mechanics said they were even a bit jealous of what a great truck and but it was lol. Just normal maintenance things suggested, like new tires in the not too distant future, but nothing inherently wrong. My husband loves his truck. Shane and the crew were great and easy to work with. Would recommend checking them out of you're in the market for a used vehicle.

I don't even know where to start with this dealer and the whole crew down there. And by my 5 star rating you know it's a good review. And I'm really sorry it took me THIS long to get to it. About every couple weeks I've reminded myself to do so, but never have. And Mad Hatter deserves better. 2019. Me and my family loved our 2009 Avalanche. Loved it. But with two horses (need 3 or more), two ATVs, and 35 years old looming (I was DONE tent camping), it just wasn't enough truck. Pure and simple. So how was I to get a travel trailer, two ATVs, two kids, a dog, gear, and my wife and I into the woods? I looked at a TT with a front cargo deck, but the ones big enough for both ATVs were TOO big for the Avalanche. I looked at a cab over camping on a flatbed trailer. But still tight living and expensive. My favorite idea, and I'm still hung up on it, was a flatnosed, front engined schoolbus, with the back cap moved forward for an 8 foot deck and the inside converted to living quarters. "K hun, realistically, how much time and money will that take?" K. Fine. So then I had the idea of a flatbed pickup. Nothing new or fancy, cause budget is a factor. So I started searching, and found Bertha the Bear, a 2005 Chevy 3500 Duramax at Mad Hatter. Now what they did for me I don't want anyone to expect. They are in the used vehicle market. These vehicles aren't perfect and anyone that expects that is insane. But upon pulling away, within 24 hours, it threw a code for a turbo problem. I called and just asked if they knew if it'd done that. They said they wanted me to have a good, working truck. Over the next months it was in several times for that code. They invested in my truck, in me, and my family. Not because they had to, they did not. Not because I was a buddy, I'd just popped in. And not because they needed my review, there's hundreds of them. They invested in my home and life because they're GOOD PEOPLE. They're true Idahoans. I can not say enough good things about them. They're the kind of dealer that has looked at other, lying and swindling places and said, "nope. They're the problem. Let's do it right." Thank you guys.
