Cody the service rep was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and helped me with some concerns I had. Great job and price for the service I needed. It was right in line of what it should be.

Very disappointing experience. The truck returned with the exact same A/C issue almost immediately after the repair. At first, the dealership attempted to charge us a second diagnostic fee for the same complaint and same unresolved problem. They only removed the charge after we called and disputed it. The situation could have been handled much better from the beginning. Poor troubleshooting, unnecessary downtime, and wasted time for the customer. Would not recommend for fleet service.

Did fake computer diagnostic and didn't provide me any results with fail codes. Just told me that I need to change something for 20 000$. I spent 500$ and solved that problem on another good service. To avoid money loss and time all owner operators pass this “service “.

I bought that blue Gen 5 Freightliner in the picture, we won’t get into the nightmare of buying a new series truck. I had Gordon install a 4000 watt inverter, had to spend 200 dollars and allot of time to find a 10 foot 4ot cable for the install, because they did not believe the one I had was long enough. After install, 60 days later it quit working because the install was done improperly. Had to get fixed on the road. Paid 225 dollars for new cable because the one they used would not reach far enough for a proper install. Imagine my surprise when I found out they did not use the new cable I bought, but the old one. When I reached out they tell me they threw away the 10 foot 4ot 200 dollar cable, I had just bought new, because they did not use it! (Sure they did!) I am now dealing with a new service manager, because Crystal and Ray quit? ( They apparently were smarter than me) The fix was they could give me a 2ot cable that is inferior, or 6ot, that is useless. Wish I would have never done business here!! Stay away, you will just be disappointed.
